William Henry believes that what has created our civilization came in ancient Summer thru the stargate that is still located in Iraq. He believes that the current hierarchy, that is locally in control, is not particularly happy about the fact that the same could happen once again, soon judging by the frenetic organization of the WWIII, and that it wants to gain it's control before this happens. So far extensive efforts have been made to create a party that will be blamed for the start of the WWIII which is supposed to serve as a cover-up for actions of related nature, while the people in US are appeased by the explanation that it is all about securing the oil resources to guard their right (their way of life), and which is absolutely necessary so the next step in massive population reduction that is in course (cancer virus, agents and compounds dispersed by chemtrail sprayings), or pending (their activation and mind control by ELF), could be accepted by population worldwide as result of attack by evil adversary (that other side).
As 911 - Al-Queda - Iraq guilty party creation line appears to be of potential not high enough to fulfill the task of this magnitude, it is time to look at the other side of the globe, China and North Korea.
For many years now, North Korea is driven by the joint efforts of US, Russia and China (transfer of US nuclear warhead, computer and Russian missile technology to China that forwards it to south, use of famine for control purposes) to launch a first strike. Judging from the recent news they are succeeding. USS KITYHAWK (CV 63) combat group was recently deployed in area. It carries nuclear missiles, making it a new threat to North Korea.
And thus a target.
If North Korea strikes this target, and/ or local US bases, it will be very difficult to retaliate against China, and a strike against the North Korea that would have no military value and which would be presented as an evil revenge against innocent, hungry people, could give a legitimacy to retaliation against the US mainland by China and Russia themselves.
There are further Remote Viewing results that indicate this development is possible. According to them US West Coast is hit by a large number of ballistic projectiles and, owing to this, over years that follow, goes under the sea level.
So, if they want to do it using the North Korea, then best time is now, while the next cycle of famine there has not jet reached it's full swing. Hungry soldiers would be additionally motivated by it, but if they become to exhausted they become useless.
