I thought it strange that on this day where the money went in to support the markets the British Exchange went down until late in the afternoon.. 7 hours down on this critical day. was it a Y2K, or other computer problem or was it a cheaper way to manipulate the markets.. perhaps there are not so many well heeled supporters in england.. or the govt is not as willing to support when a simple shut down at the right time will solve the problem. By the time the markets were back up the day was over here.. so easy, for now.... CA
