I have come to some new theories of chemtrails, due to my recent visit to the San Antonio airport.

I was there on March 12, 2000, and I saw many, many criss-crossing, fluffy, persistant, stationary contrails right over the airport (and nowhere else). They just hung there. They were the same kind of contrails that I would normally regard as "suspicious." Then I thought, well, I KNOW this is due to normal commercial air traffic, as it is over an airport. Therefore, maybe all the chemtrails are normal air traffic. Therefore, something must have changed with the airplanes or with the air itself to make contrails more noticeable. Maybe the wind doesn't blow as much at those altitudes any more? Maybe there is a chemical change in airlplane fuel, or in the atmosphere?

I am strongly considering these theories now. Could it be that we have detected a massive climactic change? (Please don't read this as an endorsement of environmental retards like Al Gore, or as an endorsement of highly suspect works like Art Bell and Whitley Strieber's "The Coming Global Superstorm," now to be a tv miniseries--red flag!)

Could it be that we have detected a change in airplane fuel that has been kept secret?

Could it be that we are actually observing nothing new? That we just never looked at contrails before? (I know, I hate this argument, too. It makes ME feel stupid.)

Now for the meta-theory. The meta-theory is, that one of the above theories is correct, and someone is promoting this contrail conspiracy-theory business hoping to divert the energies of dissidents into a wild goose chase, so that we become less effective AS dissidents. This theory would include any congressmen who agree to investigate chemtrails.

At any rate, isn't it strange how the evolution of chemtrails closely resembles the evolution of the UFO sighting phenomenon? Some people "see" them, some people don't. Those people who do remark upon them are said to be kooks or to be mistaken. The government makes abortive and useless efforts to look into the phenomenon... and on and on.

Are we going around the same merry-go-round again?

Meta-meta theory: we are indeed going around the same merry-go-round again, but the reason that UFO's and chemtrails have these similarities is that both are real, and the government wants to deny both.

Meta-meta-meta theory: chemtrails are both real and non-real, like crop circles. Just another mind f*** originating from who knows where, for who knows what purpose. A lab experiment, a psych out, a fear/awe generator, a bubble of unreality with a carnival huckster at the entrance, barking at us: "Come in! There's something you want to see here!" Once we're in, we're in the Matrix, the bubble of unreality that is made to look like our reality, such that we don't even know that we're in it (except for that small nagging feeling that we keep pushing down), and we therefore don't even try to get out.

What "bubble" are we in right now with regard to UFO's, after 50 years of "sightings" and "coverups"? What "bubble" are we being asked to enter next?

Convolutions within convolutions, holodecks within holodecks, Matrixes within Matrixes. As a character says at the end of the movie "Existenz": "We're still in the game, right?" But there is no answer, if you have to ask the question. If you ask the question, it means you are asleep.
