It seems that three judges who sit on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and one United States District Court judge in Detroit think that they are immune from civil liability under the Federal R.I.C.O. laws contained in Title 18 U.S. Code Chapter 96 - Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations; SEC. 1961 (b) section 1512 and 1513 ( Obstruction of Justice ).

Those same judges think they OBSTRUCT CIVIL RIGHTS of a federal racketeering informant ( victim ) who is protected under the Michigan racketeering laws ( CRIMINAL ENTERPRISES ) which incorporated the Federal R.I.C.O. laws which are contained in Title 18 U.S. Code Chapter 96 - Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations.
