This interpretation leads them to conclude that Trump's potential candidacy for the presidency again, as per the 14th Amendment, could be deemed unconstitutional. Unless he secures permission from both the Senate and the House of Representatives by a two-thirds majority, his eligibility to run for the White House could be compromised.
