Dr. Stephen Greer of CSETI (Center for the Study of ExtraTerrestrial Intelligence), who is one of many who insist that the "Gray" alien beings are nothing but biogentic constructs/psychotronic weapons developed by NWO fifth columnists operating out of Dulce, Pine Gap, etc., tells of an intel whistleblower scheduled to appear at CSETI's historic congressional briefing. The agent was suposedly privy to the plan to use back-engineered alien reproduction vehicles to stage a "mock attack" against earth. He was detained and sequestered by the intel agencies before he could testify. Security cracks like this are some indication of the subdued chaos within many of the alien-related projects, and may be indirectly corroborative of Icke's Dulce scenario.
