The HAARP programs generates microwave radiation. It has been established that the decrease levels of melatonin in the brain causes depression and possible sucidial tendencies. This was report by Agent 777 when he cited some recent scientific findings.
The absorption spectra for melatomin is available for the microwave spectrum of energy. Given the HAARP frequencies, it should be easy to check if there are absorption bands from HAARP that coincide with the absoption spectra of melatonin.
If there are resonant frequencies of HAARP and melatonin, then their is a very high correlation that HAARP generators are instrumental in causing human depression.
If the monochromatic frequencies generated from the satellite based MASERS are resonant to the absorption spectra of melatonin, then the use of this weapon system is not only for an antiballistic missle system, but it can be used for selectively irradiating segments of the earth.
This coherent radiation generated by the MASERS could easily be absorbed by the melatonin in the brain, and thus effect the brain chemistry, and produce the effects of depression and more.
