Yes, there are other ionospheric Heating Facilities around the world, including several in Europe. I haven't researched the numbers and locations lately, but several years ago I was aware of in excess of 20 such facilities.

It may be this "bit of truth" that the hoaxer is relying on when publishing such an article. Since most are not aware of the "capablities" of HAARP type facilities if they begin their research and in fact discover that a facility in THAT location does exist, then they may jump to the conclusion that the rest of the story may have validity -- such is the war of propoganda.

The HOAXES must be dispelled as soon as possible in order to not distract from the REAL dangers that are possible if such a device is allowed to operate unchecked -- Of course the problem here is that WHO will be the "checker"? Those who have already proven to have as their goal the domination over peoples of the Planet? -- On the other side of the coin is the fact that MANY Nations now possess HAARP type facilities and are experimenting with them.

For these reasons it is important that as many people as possible become knowledgeable about the existence of such technologies and their potential uses. Somewhere out there is/are people/groups who may have the "key" to effect an effective "watch dog" control over these technologies so that they aren't used to the detriment of the human environment.
