Ghost Rider: You are ahead of most just knowing of it's existence and ANY of the capabilities. I have been looking at it since the Gakona, Alaska station went on the air.

Look for the posts that Vince makes on the subject. He has been looking into it in depth and being a physicist understands a great deal about the effects that transmissions can have on the environment, both physical and biological. It is good to have a "Big Gun" working on this HAARP information project. I sometimes have difficulty putting the concepts into language that many can understand -- I'm just a layman on the topic, but have been looking at various "uses" for it over the years.

The project is basically hidden from public knowledge, due to lack of media coverage -- of course WHO in the media has the brain power to comprehend "Hard Science"??
