In the early 1970, the most powerful lasers developed were chemical lasers. However they are and were very cumbersome. The idea was to build a very large chemical laser on earth, and then shot the beam in space and have a series of satellites with deformable mirror technology to guide the beam such that it can be positioned in any given region.
However a chemical or any laser acts as a direct destructive tools for ICBMs or any target.
It was realized that to destroy something is best achieved by having what you want to destroy, "destroy itself".
The works of Tesla and microwave power propagation is well known. Also it is well known that microwaves can easily cause havoc in electronic circuitry and disrupt electronic signals.
Hence the idea...lets use MASERS not LASERS and one will effect the guidance system of the ICBMs and other targets.
Since most of these missiles (USA and Soviets) were developed to be hardened to most frequencies of gaseoous, chemical and solid state lasers, a new approach was needed.
It is also a well known fact that microwaves can be absorbed by the human brain and cause disfunctionality.
Also microwaves besides affecting the ICBMs can be used to mess up the control systems of planes and cause them to crash. With the added feature that the crash cannot be detected. So anytime you want to down a plane we have a system to do this in an undetected manner.
Hence the switch from lasers to masers for the antiballistic missile program. The problem here is the missuse of these other features like plane crashing and mild microwave irradiation of selected region on the earth surface.
From this evolutionary process, it was decided to build a large microwave incoherent power generators on earth...again they need fuel to generate the power source..so Alasaka was chosen ( fuel from the Alaskan oil and gas fields are used), and as a matter of public record, there is a microwave generator used in the HAARP experiments there. (Just type HAARP on the internet. A 3.6 megawatt incoherent microwave source is "overtly planned" )
As we mentioned in an earlier post, the incoherent radiation is changed to coherent radiation by beaming the microwave energy to space based masers (we cannot run a piple there). A maser is a device that creates coherent microwave radiation.
With coherent radiation there is less propagion losses and the monochromacitiy in frequency can be enhanced the absorption of this radiation on the prospective targets.
Again deformable and other types of technology (like the past Project Lodi- deformable mirror technolgy) can be used to guide the microwave beam.
The added features are (1) the maser weapon system can be used to down planes, and (2) be used to bombard humans with selective low doses of cohenrent microwaves on the brain...(I am just a phd theoretical physicist who understands wave propagation, lasers, masers but the not biological effects of coherent low doses of microwaves on humans.)
An open debate is needed about this program which was started at the National labs like Sandia and LLL. After 30 years of doing physics, I know for a fact, that there has been many many messups under the guise of National Security, and then followed by alot of coverups.
So it's time for the open debate, so our NATIONAL SECURITY can be protected and the SELFISH SECURITY of the few put in check.
Hopefully one the national candidates for President will make this a political issue...and start the open debate.
