Allegations of cocaine trafficking by the C.I.A.'s proprietary Evergreen Aviation have been posted on my web-site since my web-site's inception in December 1997.

Employees from Evergreen Aviation's subsidiary EAGLE ( Evergreen Aviation Ground Logistics Enterprises ) were BUSTED on cocaine trafficking charges at the Miami International Airport by special agents from the D.E.A. and U.S. Customs Service on Thursday, September 9, 1999.

My allegations against that C.I.A. proprietary are contained in court civil actions ( Complaints ) which I filed with the United States District Court ( Detroit - Case No. 96-CV-75652-DT-Edmunds ) in December 1996.

Those allegations are also contained in court briefs which I filed with the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit ( Cincinnati - Case No. 98-1096; Case No. 98-2411 ).

The Sixth Circuit has been OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE in reagrds to my civil actions which are filed with that court. That court has also been OBSTRUCTING my CIVIL RIGHTS as well in reagrds to my civil actions which target the federal law enforcement agencies I approached in 1990.
