The use of a land based HAARP System can be used in conjuction with an array of satellites that are equipped with masers, and the satellite's energy source for their masers originiates from an earth based HAARP source like the one being planned in Alaska.
The HAARP source on earth is "not" a coherent beam, but it could be transported and focus to a satellite in which it is used as the """"power source"""" for the space borne masers coupled to a system of satellites that are used as reflectors for the microwave coherent radiation, or simply said -- this powerful maser beam can then be moved around in space by reflecting off a series of satellites that could aim the beam anywhere on the earth's surface and/or in space.
The reason why the microwave coherent radiation is transported above the ionoshpere is because when it is transfomed to coherent radiation by the the masers, then there is little attenuation losses of the intensity and coherent microwave qualities of the beam...like no dispersion in frequency and wavelength caused by atmospheric effects.
In layman terms, the maser beam can be moved around much more easily in space than on earth with no beam losses and then targeted anywhere on earth.
What Don has said that given frequencies can be used for effects on humans, control systems for airplanes, ballistic missles, etc etc are just some of the uses of this space based maser weapon system.
THERE IS AN ALMOST UNBELIEVABLE POSSIBLE MISS USES OF THIS WEAPON SYSTEM...I am only a phd theoretical physicist who knows the group at LLL for over 30 years...and Edward Teller's messups and coverups...Presently it is in the control of a few and hidden from the public and Congress.
