I once saw a website containing "remote viewing" material. One of the remote viewing sessions described a man who was unconsciously fed ideas for a television show, by aliens. The man thought they were his own ideas. The details made it sound very much like they were describing Gene Roddenberry, the creator of Star Trek. In fact, they could really have been describing no one else.

I can see Gene Roddenberry as being part of the New World Order, because the premise of Star Trek is that the earth is unified, presumably under one government. In the Star Trek movies, a "President" of earth is depicted.

Another important facet of Star Trek is the "Prime Directive." One of the rules of the Prime Directive is that the Federation of Planets shall not make contact with a planet that does not know about alien life, until that planet is unified under one government. In other words, worlds don't get the "goody" of alien contact until they are "one world."

I see this as possible propaganda. I toy with the notion of this or a similar idea being foisted off on the public as the reason to push for global government. In other words, the people of earth will be told that an alien race has contacted our governments and told us that we can not have some "fruit" of their contact until we are all one unified world. Or, maybe some aliens actually have told our leaders this, and our leaders actually believed the aliens!

To any who would be gullible enough to fall for such nonsense, I refer them to the Twilight Zone episode in which some aliens threaten to destroy the earth, if the world's nations do not stop warring. In response, the U.N. works non-stop until all the nations of the world have signed on to a peace treaty, and all nations are disarmed. For the first time in history, there is "world peace." The aliens then say, "Thank you. Now we can take you over. We could not have done so before."

I am afraid that, much as I have always loved Star Trek, I must admit that the show may well be intended as one worlder propaganda. But I must make clear that I have loved Star Trek for its timeless philosophies, its morality tales, its character interaction between the three leads, and its soap opera story lines--not for its largely unspoken one worlder premise.
