Unsusal radar images have shown up immediately before many recent diasasters. The last report of strange radar images occurred shortly before the crash of Alaska Air 261.

Within this article, the connection between HAARP and mind control is made.

You will notice a "spike" on this map just as you saw spikes on the maps from the days immediately before the school shootings.

What Rumor Mill News finds intersting in the Forum Post below, is that the earthquake that occurred in Indiana, occurred on the "lines" of the school shootings.

Check this out for yourself and let me know what you think. Allow time for the radar maps to come up completely, then scroll down to the third map and see for yourself that the strange radar images appear to fall on the "lines".

If this is HAARP manipulating some kind of mind control scenario, I guess we will read about it in the papers soon.

But if HAARP is being used to create earthquakes --- then do midwesterners need to worry about the New Madrid Fault?

What about Panamanians? They just had an earthquake. Do they need to worry about the Panama Canal being shut down due to damage from an earthquake? This would be a logical thing for our government to do if China assumes control of the Panama Canal.

Our government is set to re-open the old water route in Nicaragua. Not only will it allow our largest ships, including aircraft carriers to navigate the waters .... but the tools our government now has to complete the Nicaraguan waterway from the Atlantic to the Pacific are so sophisticated, that they have solved all the old problems which made the Nicaraguan Waterway impossible in the late 1800's and also in the mid 1980's.

US Covert Operation Underway at Liberia, Costa Rica The US military is secretly massing men and supplies in the region of Liberia, Costa Rica, for an operation on the Panama Canal.

The US presence is illegal under both US and Costa Rican law. Ex-CIA Director Stansfield Turner was in Costa Rica as part of this operation when his plane crashed, and his wife was killed. The CIA has failed to acknowledge the presence of Turner, because he had entered Costa Rica illegally.
