The idea of super chips first surfaced in the late 1970s.

In the late 1960's when computer chip technolgy came in the being scientists, politicians, and men of power ask the questions:

What is the ultimate chip?...If we had them what can we do? ...and How do we make them in mass production?

The POWERS to be, realized that if they had these chips it was more powerful than any thermonuclear device and the only way how to control the world in its "entirety". Consequently the superchip program was born.

Overtly it was started at IBM in concert with NSA in the late 1970s. Also the power brokers at Harvard, Venrock, and some Northern California groups made some overt investments in the early 1980's.

At several secret chip production sites, they were able to build several superchips for the DoD, but the costs were in the $100,000/chip and "more".... and obviously not cost effective.

The IBM company in concert with DARPA via hidden funds via NSA started to build a facility to build these chips in Fishkill, New York.

Also to insure global control, IBM started business alliances with Europe's Seimens and Japan's Toshiba.

Groups from these companies were invited to IBM's East Fishkill to share in the research.

In chip manufacturing there are problems with clean rooms, processing tools, and over 1000 manufacturing steps to produce these superchips.

The primanry manufacturing process is an x-ray lithography approach. Since the devices on the chip are so small and the wires so fine, an x-ray light must be used and a tool called a step and repeat apparatus must be built.

To date this consortium has spent "overtly over $4,000,000,000" and have failed to produce a viable cost effective manufacturing process for these superchips.

In the early 1980, a company called Hampshire Instruments was formed. Its purpose was to build this x-ray tool. After 10 or 12 years this company succeeded in building a portable x-ray source based on a laser fusion process initiated by a high energy laser and a spinning target. However they did not solve the problem of the step and repeat tool.

To insure complete control, IBM aided in the bankruptcy of Hampshire Instruments while LLL, a national laboratory, with Lockheed Martin, Loral and NSA stole the x-ray light source.

Nevertheless they needed the stepper (step and repeat tool). This group with DARPA funds turned to a company called SVG Lithography. They tried to build this tool and after three attempts they failed.

A new company came on the scene in the mid 1990 called Bizzy Bee Equipment (BBE). It had the designs to build such a tool and wanted to purchase the Hampshire's patents. Coupling what BBE possessed, it would have been a american success story, but the powers to be stopped it.

They violated the Lanam Act. They tried to bribe ($1,500,000) one of the principals of BBE and when this failed, his house was arsoned and sister murdered (Joan Lodato). In the Hampshire case the principal of this company is said to have committed sucide via hanging(????)....Moshe Lubin.

The people on the other side who have information concerning these deeds are John Akers, a past CEO of IBM, Louis Gerstner, the present CEO of IBM, and John O'Hara, chief scientist of NSA.....plus a host of other players.
