:'In reference to the implication that the Bilderberg's precedent
:includes global anarchy, I quote from a recent article ("THE NEW GLOBAL
:ORDER; The next Bilderberg meeting; Secret roster, agenda for
:Washington conference; © 1999 WorldNetDaily.com): "According to
:sources which penetrated the high-security meetings in the past, the
:Bilderberg meetings emphasize a globalist agenda and promote the idea
:that the notion of national sovereignty is antiquated and regressive."
:Mr Soros - you have been invited to a secret Bilderberg Meeting in
:November, 1999, in Washington. (i.b.i.d.). The attendence by you at this
:gathering indicates to me, an American Citizen, that you condone and
:abide by the Bilderberg codes of secrecy. I consider this act as
:participation in the formation of global government which uses anarchy
:as it basis. As a global citizen, I oppose Bilderberg secrecy and wish
:for the Bilderberg Club to come forth with their agenda and infuse it
:into an "Open Society" as you profess to be an advocate of an open

:of Bilderberg Society is abolished, I will report on the activities of

:
:Evil, as a precedent of directed Millennium Prophecies; as a promissory
:force; is used by secret Groups (i.e. the Bilderberg Club) for the sole
:purpose of severing institutions from the People.

In the UK there has been a concerted campaign to discredit the National Health Service [NHS] (high profile exposes of surgical errors, lengthening waiting-lists, unethical medical practice, etc) extending far beyond what would be expected in the way of constructive criticism. This has contributed considerably to the unpopularity of the NWO- "Labour" government - as have several other scandals, all of which this government has walked into, regardless of the inevitable effect on its re-electability.

Blair's government appears, indeed, to be a kamikaze squad, quite prepared to destroy itself in order to introduce unpopular measures (limitation of right to jury-trial, abolition of restraints on promoting homosexuality in education, destructuring of the Upper House, without a coherent plan for restructuring it, penalties for non-compliance with decimalisation of weights and measures, a raft of actions designed to drive farmers out of business, surrender of more powers to Brussels and slavish acquiescence in any campaign of mass-murder - in Iraq, for example, or the Balkans - which the NWO "Democrats" of the USA seem to think desirable)

No doubt it expects to stand down in a couple of years to make way for an NWO "Conservative" government, which (while not promoting integration with the EU) will continue to surrender sovereignty to supranational institutions, such as NAFTA, in the name of "free trade", and will probably attempt to privatise the "discredited" NHS, as a way of "reforming" it.

> The trickle-down
:effect and the devaluation of regional currencies on a global scale
:(i.e. the Russian ruble) is due to plans and use of updated software and
:hardware (i.e. a Promis@ database as one possibility) (which enables US-agencies to spy on confidential files)
: which involve the
:transnational recycling of money between government officials; banks
:(i.e. the Russian banking scandal in terms of money laundering); lending
:institutions (i.e. the role of the International Money Fund in
:rescheduling inflated debts), organized crime (i.e the Russian mafiya) (it is said that many of the principal players in the theft of Russian funds by the "Russian Mafia" are, in fact, holders of Israeli passports)
:,
:global terrorist
:networks (i.e. Osama bin Laden's "Al Qaeda" terrorist network) (I surmise that AlQaida was funded by the CIA until comparitively recently - until well into the Kosovo-campaign, in fact)
: and the
:media. The latter insures a silence on the progess of secret Groups
:(i.e. the media's irresponsibility in not covering the Bilderberg
:Group). The media makes secret Groups seem untouchable. (Nearly all the major media-moguls are represented at Bilderberg meetings - Conrad Black [Chmn. Telegraph Group], for example, is on the Steering Committee, and the Washington Post usually sends two delegates from its editorial staff - Bilderberg meetings are, of course, never mentioned in the Washington Post)
: Governments
:throughout the world have been engaged in mind control for the last 50
:years No doubt, but the methods researched and their success are a matter of speculation. I would beware, especially of linking Biblical references to this speculation:
:(i.e as a hypothetical Revelation's: "I am the alpha and the
:omega" - "alphas" are cued for general programming; "omegas" are cued as
:suicidal bombers).

Or tying it to particular incidents without strong evidence:
:Mind control is the ultimate in conspiracies as it
:justifies violence as more than an instinct which can be controlled
:(i.e. Columbine High School; Littleton, CO.) because this tends to discredit such speculation, leading casual observers to dismiss the whole idea, which would be MOST unfortunate. And it is not always true, mind-control or no mind-control, that
: - violence can be overcome;
:People can get along. Which is why speculation is so unreliable.

> Mind control categorizes violence as a special
:interest which blocks the government and the people from fomenting a
:lasting peace - a peace based on open forum and mediation. Violence
:debilitates viable and honest candidates for Public Offices (i.e the
:Rabin assassination).

You describe exactly the effects of the classical "Strategy of Tension" which the CIA is known to have perpetrated in Europe ever since WWII.

> Thus, the military ~ government complex becomes
:seperated from the People in its reputed role as a service of the
:People. Governments become Evil and they recycle Evil within themselves
:leaving the People to ponder who controls their lives. Is it the
:Institutions that control our lives or do we?
:

By discrediting themselves, of course, NWO national governments prepare the ground for the abolition of national governments. It is a tricky process, dependent on one NWO government being able to pass power to another NWO government once it has made itself sufficiently unpopular. The great danger is that some populist, anti-NWO party will seize power during one of these transitions - as the FPOe has done in Austria; but, in large nations, the media have succeeded, so far, in preventing this.

Undoubtedly, I would say.

:
:[Bilderberg - my comment] Bill Richardson (US Secretary of Energy) has
:alledgedly attended the secret Bilderberg steering committee meeting in
:Washington D.C. [November 3-4, 1999] and the secret Bilderberg
:meeting in Portugal [June 3-6, 1999]. In a speech delivered to the
:Bilderberg on November 3, 1999; with [Bilderberg - my comment] Bill
:Richardson alledgedly in attendance; Samuel Berger was quoted as saying:
:"First, we should agree that America must have the strongest, best
:trained, best equipped military in the world, to deter potential
:adversaries and if need be defeat them." (The White House; Samuel R.
:Berger; National Security Advisor; Remarks to the Bilderberg Steering
:Committee; November 4, 1999; "Strengthening the Bipartisan Center: An
:Internationalist Agenda for America"). In comments regarding Russia,
:Berger adds: "The question we face about Russia is no longer whether we
:will be threatened by its strength, but whether it will become too weak.
:Will it become unable to maintain stability and achieve prosperity at
:home, or to control the flow of people, weapons and technology across
:its borders?". However, in the article below, Russia is observed as:
:"Last week [October 31 - November 7, 1999] saw a remarkable display of
:nuclear saber rattling by the Russians. Triggered by U.S. insistence on
:deploying an Anti-Ballistic Missile system despite a 1972 treaty and by
:Congress' rejection of a nuclear test ban treaty, the Russians put on a
:display of symbolic nuclear muscle-flexing unlike anything seen in 10
:years". [Bilderberg - my comment] Bill Richardson was said to have
:reacted to a specific indicent last week: "The Kremlin ordered U.S.
:Ambassador James Collins, who was supposed to visit a secured Russian
:military site known as Kraznoyarsk-26 for the inauguration of a U.S.
:financed business center, not to bring his top science advisor. It also
:told him he could not inspect any other U.S.-Russian projects at the

:
:continued: Later, Energy Secretary, [Bilderberg - my comment], Bill
:Richardson, at a meeting in Denver attended by Russian Atomic Energy
:Minister Yevgeny Adamov, protested Russian restrictions in such strong
:terms that Adamov walked out of the room.". The American Citizen does
:not have access to discussions held at secret Bilderberg meetings. There
:is no mainstream media coverage that the meeting has taken place nor
:will there be any link; on issues mentioned; to the Bilderberg Society.
:There is no press conference with inquiry or discussion as to any ideas
:these men and women (mostly men) have with regard to the global issues
:mentioned above. There is no job performance ratings or evaluation for
:these individuals; no perception given to the public as to the scope and
:sincerity of their efforts as Bilderberg Society members. Throughout his
:speech Berger alluded to a "dominant minority" who are apparently
:responsible for resistance to the Bilderberg agenda. Berger seems to
:feel that this "dominant minority" (curious phrase) (particularly applicable to Bilderberg/CFR/Trilat etc and their minions throughout the globe, in fact)
: is bent on disabling
:the Bilderberg. This "dominant minority" is apparently responsible for
:weakening US foreign policy by, for example, voting down the
:Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty or requesting decreased funding for the
:Wye Accords. This "dominant minority" apparently offers nothing in the
:way of solutions. However, how can anyone offer solutions if We, the
:People, do not know what was discussed? Secrecy leaves the American
:Citizen to guess. I disagree. We know, in general, what they're up to, and we have an alternative agenda - one which would substitute equable international relations for supranational coercion and aggravating internal dissension, fair trade for free trade and democratic nations for a fascist world-government. This does not sound new, but it would be. It is the NWO's neo-colonialist, empire-building which is a tired, old concept.

> Why
:was [Bilderberg - my comment], Bill Richardson so upset with Russian
:Atomic Energy Minister Yevgeny Adamov that the latter felt compelled to
:leave the room? Was this incident discussed at the secret Bilderberg
:steering committee meeting in Washington D.C. [November 3-4, 1999]? How
:does this incident effect foreign policy with Russia? Once again, I
:oppose the secrecy of the Bilderberg Society. I believe that any

If it feels significant, then it is significant - the NWO recognised this by attempting to confuse the issue of the Millennium date with premature celebrations.

> I also feel that not enough has been done, particularly

:with charges that Russia siphoned off billions of dollars of IMF aid,
:"allegations that are totally unsubstantiated."

The President of Israel's national bank also resigned early - at the end of last year - for undisclosed reasons.

> (1) Another denial has
:Samuel Berger addressing the Bilderberg Society with: "I have argued
:that these Congressional actions do not result from simple differences
:over policy, or from partisanship. They reflect the coherent philosophy

:ADVISOR; REMARKS TO THE BILDERBERG STEERING COMMITTEE; Strengthening the

:of "dominant minority", I suppose, I have found three examples (a-c) of
:"allegations that are totally unsubstantiated" if I may be permitted to
:quote Camdessus again. Further, my comments and excerpts below are not
:intended as a desire for the IMF "to fail" nor do I feel that the IMF is
:"not worth trying". (But the IMF needs to be wrenched away from the control of Bilderbergers and their ilk - note that IMF and World Bank officials are pillars of Bilderberg)

> I am opposed, however, to the secrecy of the

:(12)***Bill Skinner - 03:04pm Feb 6, 2000 (#13 of 16)
:
:I am asking for your help.
:
:The situation in Chechnya is desperate. 200,000 people are in refugee
:camps in Ingushetia, and tens of thousands more are trapped in Grozny
:and villages throughout Chechnya.
:
:· Refugees in Ingushetia often receive less than one meal a day. Often
:pregnant women and small children receive only a can of condensed milk
:or soup per day.
:
:· Because of malnutrition, stress, exposure, and lack of sanitary
:conditions, every second newborn in Chechnya doesn't live beyond the
:first month, and there are practically no pediatric or maternity
:facilities because they have been destroyed in this war or the previous
:1994-96 war.
:
:· There is an epidemic of new resistant strains of tuberculosis, and
:practically no facilities or drugs to treat the disease.
: The same cynical policy was used to create conflicts in Bosnia and Kosovo, and now we are told that
:Unfortunately, much of the relief that is sent to Chechnya is stolen or
:misused because it is controlled by Russians. Remembering that the object of the war in Chechnya is to exclude the Russians from the oil-rich Caucasus, one wonders on whose behalf this appeal is really being made....
: There is a group, however,
:who have been successful in getting relief to Chechnya without going
:through Russian institutions.
:A group with connections to the insurgents, presumably, and, therefore, to the NWO...
:NISWA was established in December of 1990 as a non-profit charitable
:organization to address the social welfare needs of the Muslim
:community. In addition, they provide aid internationally to people in
:countries facing war and natural disasters. Currently, they are focusing
:much of their energies in offering relief to the Chechen people. They
:have tried sending clothes and medicines, but the shipping is very
:expensive and slow, and it is far more efficient and effective to send
:money through aid channels that bypass the usual institutionalized
:Russian ones.
: Money which can be used to buy arms, pay mercenaries and fund covert operations. We only have "NISWA's" word that aid-relief is being "stolen by the Russians". I rather imagine that the Russians have enough sense to use all available resources to win the hearts and minds of non-combatants, whose number includes most indigenous Chechnyans, after all.

>If you are interested in sending a donation, please contact Dr. Shamim
:Ibrahim at NISWA (310-530-0725) or send your donation to:

In all likelihood, sending funds to the insurgents, in this way, can only prolong a terrible war which should never have begun, and would never have begun, if funds had not been pumped into the region, in this way, in the first place. This is another Bosnia or Kosovo, which need never have happened, but which was created to further the aims of the NWO. Sending aid via Russia would be a much better idea - for all concerned. -- Steve Reed
