King George did not "retreat back to his ranch" to try to announce the NWO.
He went there as scheduled to met with Putin about dividing up the world under the NWO. This meeting had been planned for weeks, next comes China.
They are basically haggling over the terms for a joint "ballistic missile shield".
A secret meeting of week or so ago defined who the defense contractors would be.
Perhaps the ranch in Crawford TX is the new Capital of the Unconstitutional NWO.
King George doesn't have to "try" to announce the NWO.
George Sr. did that for him years ago.
I think the King's final decree (executive order) before leaving for the ranch of the Military Tribunal Courts makes this clear;
as well as the final ramming by Herr General Daschle to get the funding for the infamous unread "Homeland Security/Antiterrorism" legislation through Congress.
The above heinious acts have been enforced in the old Capitol City by the PSYOPs known as "Anthrax OPs".
"Anthrax OPs" will continue to serve as an Iron Glove when Congress reconvenes. This includes enforced medication for any physical or pyschological "problems" found in the monitoring of the Senate and staff.
Interesting that Herr General Daschle had the first "Terror Anthrax" in his office. Brave of him to lead the way.

The resonance has overlays of the same old King George the Third we fought before and the Nazis. Perhaps they and their decendants have combined forces to insure that The United States of America will fall and they will have won their horrid wars after all that will insure our slavery.
