For years now I have been telling people that to understand what is going on now, you HAVE to understand a lot of the things that started in the late 70s.
There are two articles on Rumor Mill News that need to be read if you haven't already. One is The Last Circle by Sherry Seymore... aka Carol Marshall. Here is the link to Sherry's articles. The other is the article that was published in the Washington Times magazine about the PROMIS software. I have tried to find the entire series of articles, but they appear to have been scrubbed from the internet. Maybe someone can find them for us. I think Kelly wrote them in 2003.

I've attached below a slightly 'updated' version of Field McConnell's Biography and Comments regarding the eminency of the 9-11 information that needs to be shared with you and RMN's vast web audience. I'm forwarding a couple of additional e-mails from Field with attachments regarding his contact with FBI's Mueller.
As you'll gather below, Captain McConnell is a 23,000+ hour commercial airline transport pilot whose credentials and background, coupled with the forensic economic background of David Hawkins, serve well for the mission of forcing a '9-11 American Surge' to the forefront, and to place the Criminal Element in Government [CEG] on notice that they're NOT going to get away with their murder and mayhem any longer, and hopefully bring to fruition a trial on the merits of their murderous activities to date in a court of law.
I can assure you, the information that both Field and David have to share is no "spy novel." The information is, because of the arena in which it is based, technical in scope, with many acronyms and abbreviations not easily understood well by lay persons.
It has been an enormous task to amass, digest and assimilate to workable stratagems, and some might have a tendency to discard it as being over their heads.
However, Field and David's combined abilities have made it possible to properly 'set the stage' and lure the listener and reader into the web of deceit and explain things in an easy to understand manner.
And as someone once noted, "Once the mind is expanded... it can never go back to its original size." Likewise, for those unaware... how will they ever be aware... if they're unaware of being unaware in the first instance?
And as Field has noted in other e-mails, "It appears to me that many radio shows are simply 'limited hangout/damage control outlets" with no interest in forwarding the ugly truth to a very hungry-for-the-truth America. I began my study of 9-11-01 when the local paper, the Fargo Forum, called me at home early in the after noon of 9-11-01. The reporter talk about 40 minutes then asked if I could be photographed for a front page story. The Fargo Forum, a Pullitzer Prize winning daily in Fargo ND, sent a photo guy out to my farm near Glyndon, MN 13 miles east of Fargo ND. I have that front page and page A5 [rest of the story and can email it to you]. On 9-12-01 the headline was "Our Nation Saw Evil" with photo of rubble, Osama, GW and yours truly.
That demonstrates clearly that I was sought as an "expert" on 9-11. The newspaper knew that I had flown with and retired from the North Dakota ANG as a Lt. Col. after having flown 16 years with them in the F4 Phantom and F16 Falcon.
My interest has remained high as my college classmate, [USNA 71] Captain Chic Burlingame and his AA77, was vaporized over the Atlantic Ocean 45 minutes prior to the unmanned aerial vehicle that killed another USNA alum, Captain Gerald DeConto [USNA '79], whose window the object flew into at the Pentagon.

I felt strongly on 9-11 that it was an inside job, and by 9-12-01 I knew with a moderate degree of certainty that it, in fact, was.
How? The Forum reported 3, THREE, F16s scrambled off of Langley AFB. Bingo, end of charade, now time to do research. You see, the only way three would scramble was if it was known they would be needed. Otherwise, NEVER in history, to my knowledge have 3 pilots ever been sitting alert. There usually are 3 jets [one a maintenance spare]... but no spare pilot!
On December 4, 2006 I called a medically retired UAL 777 Captain and chatted regarding the fraudulent bankruptcy involving UAL. I called him again Dec 5 and again on December 6. With 3 days of trust I offered to join his cause as an expert witness on 9-11 and bring that issue into court so when the UAL Bankruptcy is reviewed, there would be corroborating testimony from another angle. Dan H, the United guy, said that the attorney on the case wanted to stay focused but that if I was seriously working on 9-11 I should call David Hawkins, so on 12-6-06 David and I were introduced via email from Dan H. to David and I.
David is a Cambridge alum with impeccable academic credentials. He, too, had been studying 9-11 from the perspective of a Forensic Economist. David's mind and mastery of details makes his delivery similar to a fire hose. However, I can process information rather quickly so it was possible, though tiring, to converse. I can absorb 90 percent of what David delivers and the other 10 percent, as a fighter pilot, is in the "details". However, I have developed the equivalent of a 12 year intellectual partnership with David in that I can keep up with his fire hose.
The key to our mutual "learning abilities" is that we process information differently that most people. Even though David was a brilliant scholar and I was a lackluster student, we possess complementary skill sets including:
David: economics, physics, AI, applied math, explosives, thermodynamics, engineering; Field: economics, transport flying 19,000+ hours, fighter flying 3700+ hours, total flying 23000+ hours, Marine, Navy AF experience.
When our paths crossed on 12-6-06 David said something to the effect of "finally!".
I asked what he was referring to and he said that he had been looking for an airline pilot or a fighter pilot from the US who had knowledge of the true Hollywood production of 9-11 for distribution by the mainline media and was open to working together at Hawks CAFE. He said he felt like it was his birthday. I told him to think of it more like Christmas because I wasn't an either/or pilot, I was both.
Our synergy and trust grew swiftly and strongly and on 12-8 I warned the Northcommand [NORAD] of the threat, 12-9 I warned one of the top 5 airlines in the US, 12-10 I warned the Air Line Pilots Association [ union ] and on 12-11 I warned a 4th entity who is not germane to the story any more.
In the warnings I alleged that my study of 9-11 lead me to believe that at least 108 Boeing airliners were in service that had been illegally modified with QRS-11 GyroChips [electronic hijack] and "something more sinister". No interest from any quarter.

The QRS11 is a MEMS technology, solid-state "gyro on a chip." This DC input/high-level DC output device is fully self contained, extremely small and lightweight. Since the inertial sensing element is comprised of just one micromachined piece of crystalline quartz (no moving parts), it has a virtually "unlimited" life. The Model QRS11 is a mature product in volume production. It is fully qualified for use on numerous advanced aircraft, missile, and space systems.
On 1-1-07 Adam Air 574 was vaporized in Indonesia in a manner exactly like my relayed threat.
After Adam Air 574 was vaporized on 1-1-07 consistent with my warnings, I sent a personal letter to FBI Director Mueller on 2-13-07 repeating the warning, to no avail...Kenya Airways 507 was vaporized on 5-1-07 consistent with my repeated warnings.
We believe that the QRS-11 patent might be owned by BEI Corporation of Little Rock, AR or Raytheon which developed the AGM Maverick missile in which it is deployed. Raytheon also owned the largest fleet of airworthy A3 Skywarriors in the world in 2001. It appears 2 of those A3 aircraft were 'super-modified' at Loveland/Ft Collins Colorado prior to September, 2001.
1) When did Boeing patent the "Boeing Uninterruptible Autopilot"
2) Where did Boeing patent the BUAP
3) Why had it not been patented before delivery of Lufthansa B747-400 carrying this BUAP
4) What remedy did DOJ demand from Boeing when the DOJ accepted the $615M settlement in June, 2006
5) Who have 'oversight' for the Judge's conditions imposed on Boeing and where they complied with.
We have requested from a knowledgeable person who may respond with some supporting comments regarding Raytheon's modifications completed in Colorado. Note that 5 Raytheon Execs died aboard 3 of the 4 9-11 jets.....statistically improbable. Professor Hale, the Navajo speaker at MIT, died shortly after 9/11.
Willie Card, the Serco contract tower chief, died shortly after 9/11. This material has been included in the 5 books HawksCAFE/Captain Sherlock have completed and delivered to FBI/DOJ.
Through 5+ years of research we have drawn the conclusion that even though Boeing alleges they have quit installing QRS11 GyroChips on Thales flight guidance hardware, nowhere can we find evidence that the 108+ illegally modified jets have been cleansed of the QRS11 (Raytheon/Rose Law Firm), and another modification of a more sinister nature.
In discussing our investigation with my sister, who served as #3 to Janet Reno's number 1 at DOJ, when she knew she couldn't get me off the trail, she suggested I contact FBI Director Robert S. Mueller. I requested a face to face ASAP in the interest of preventing a second 9-11. No reply.
Friday 23 Feb I emailed the CEO of Boeing DEMANDING that he send me a letter, notarized, and signed with his hand to me telling me all QRS11 GyroChips and "other illegal modifications" had been removed from the 108+ Boeings, the same Boeings, I alleged, triggered the $615M payment from Boeing to DOJ to abort a DOJ investigation into the illegal mods performed in 2000 to 2003. I gave Boeing 4 days and when no response came forth by 2-27-07 I filed a civil case for $1.5M in lost income as I cannot legally fly a Boeing product. It violates my company regs and it would violate Federal Aviation Regulations.
Boeing and ALPA can come to US District Court and we will see who is informed and misinformed.
My trust level of and working relationship with David Hawkins is so mature that 4 days after "joint research" began I put a mark on my forehead as anyone who knows who is at the top of this evidence trail clearly understand who we are indicting. Further, when I filed the civil RICO suit I put a more powerful target on my life because, among others, I allege that the 50 member BOD of Boeing, as well as 50 more "household names" will be called in this trial. One of the big names is running for President, and "She's In to Win" ... and another household name won an Oscar for "A Convenient Lie".
"It Takes a Village IDIOT" to believe the Kyoto BS and I am obligated to do what I can do the identify the perpetrators of 9-11 part 1 before they bring us the sequel 9-11- Part 2 "Checkmate".
Not so fast you treasonous traitorous cowards, let's think more like 9-11 Part 2 "Check Six" [fighter pilot talk] which means take a look at who is pursuing you and is in position to send a skinny little heat seeker up your great big tailpipes.
David I have worked every day since 12-6-06 and as of 12-23-07 we agreed that our information was sufficient to prove "Wrongful Death" [6000+ cases] that allowed me to file the suit as soon as my 24 year old son arrived safely in Iraq, ironically on a Boeing.
If David and I can solve 9-11 in 5.5 years, what have the FBI and CIA and NSA been doing with your tax dollars?
The US Intelligence community has been totally inerted by Tomoye in Quebec and McConnell in Washington DC. Interestingly enough their Washington offices are within one block of each other on same street. Perhaps their cells will be on the same cellblock soon.

Work Experience:
· In 2006, David Hawkins is a world authority on the use of applied mathematics, thermodynamics and deductive logic to analyze anisotropic (disordered) effects caused by natural disasters, accidents or violent crime and - in the latter case - identify weapons, opportunities and motives of perpetrators
· In late 2001 David launched the Lower Mainland EAZEway Council (LMEC) to 'shadow bid' for a regional mass transit monorail with a particular focus on transparent capital procurement.
· In May 2001, David completed a feasibility study for the University of B.C.'s Neural Dynamics Research Group of the development of online toxin-data-tracking networks (TrackTox) and graphics-based expert systems for diagnosis of neurological disease. David showed how local communities could access neuroscience, toxin and environmental data, improve communications, raise researcher productivity and speed up times to diagnose and react to neurotoxins.
· In 1998, David hosted an open-line radio talk show (CKST-AM1040 Vancouver) on British Columbia's Crown corporations, including B.C. Hydro, Forest Renewal B.C., B.C. Transit and B.C. Ferries, and showed how crony privatization destroys the economics of the resource-dependent communities in British Columbia.
· In 1997, David was interviewed on talk shows on issues of resource management and designed a job creation and business development program for the forest community coalition, SHARE B.C.

· From 1992, David marketed geo-science and engineering data-management technologies to the petroleum exploration and production (E&P) industry.
· To 1992, as Oilfield Systems' Chairman and CEO, David played a key role in raising C$4 million in start-up equity and sale of preproduction software licenses to industry and government clients. Oilfield Systems built the industry's leading E&P data-management software for geoscience and engineering data exchange, validation of interpretations and intuitive user interfaces.
· In 1989, David Hawkins set up and managed partnerships to develop data networks for oil and gas exploration, development and production industries with Occidental Petroleum, Elf, Deminex, Bow Valley, Talisman Energy, Clyde Petroleum and the U.K. Department of Energy.
· In 1984 David founded Oilfield Systems Limited (UK) and two years designed and built HESPER, as a working prototype for the world's first 'virtual-reality' deductive computing machine. HESPER was runner-up for the British Computer Society's 1988 gold medal award.
· To 1982, David pioneered “real-world” computer reasoning as coordinator of artificial intelligence and geoscience for Schlumberger-Doll Research, Connecticut, USA. In "An Analysis of Expert Thinking" - published in the International Journal of Man-Machine Studies in 1983 - David became the first researcher to define the extent to which computers could emulate humans through learning, understanding, effect propagation, conflict resolution and justification.
· To 1980, David worked in Europe, Australasia, Middle East, Africa and North America, with Schlumberger, the world's leading oil-industry data management company. He served as executive-in-charge of major customer-support bases in Nigeria, UK Land and North Sea and the Republic of Ireland. Based in France, David was responsible for Schlumberger's eastern hemisphere service quality and liaised with production engineering and design engineers in Paris and Houston. David introduced and troubleshot advanced mechanical engineering and data technologies used in the company's worldwide business. An emergency-response team leader, David attended oil-well blow outs in the United Arab Emirates, Iran and Brunei.
· To 1967, David worked for five years as a university apprentice with the British public power utility, the Central Electricity Generating Board where he was trained as a fitter, linesman, boiler-plant operator and machinist prior to the privatization of the utility.
