When ATT used Echelon for its own personal gain in Brazil, this triggered a series of governments in world to start to question the use of Echelon from the Italy, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Australia etc.

Remember that SCF-Thompson is a French company and France has been trying to build their own Echelon Project.

Just think of it; the Octopus companies start to sell Echelon Projects to the countries of the world. Everyone is spying on each other, and these Octopus companies are spying on the echelon projects of each country since they are the contractors!!

This is why Dominica is so important to them. They cannot do this in any country for they would be breaking their laws, but in Dominica they are not breaking the laws of this tiny island nation.

This country is very similiar to the Carbonzo Indian reservation mentioned in the Inslaw affair.

Also to run a secret base you need an energy source. The ideal source is a renewable energy source and in this case it is a geothermal source. (This small island nation has a trememdous amount of geothermal energy considering its size.) The Dominica's rain forest is an ideal cover for making it hard to get some satellite pictures.

Check this country out on the net. You can see that they (the Octopus countries) could buy it with ease.

Now to set up a security police (SSU) for national security on this island nation...Well, thanks to Mr. Nicholls their first SSU head for tipping their hand, and for Danny Casolero for writing that in his notes.

These are TRUE multinational corporations (IBM, ATT, LOR, LMT, GmH, LEH) and they have no real or patriotic concerns for the USA unless it suits them. This is evidenced by their recent past performances.
