This photo is from Joyce Riley's site, thepowerhour.com. A correspondent has been calling my attention to it, with the idea there are puffs of smoke, coming from _low_ on one of the WTC towers - look to the left of the shorter building bathed in sunlight, and you'll see what he's talking about.
I think it could as easily be something in the foreground - the perspective seems 'off' to me, for this to be anything to do with the WTC tower - but in case my brain is just having trouble seeing it properly, I'm passing it along. (The photo, not my brain. :)
