Thanks to Dan for bringing this to our attention. We have a few comments on the article about the Missouri man who claimed that a government satellite was pumping poison into his body.

* Timothy McVeigh stated he had a chip in his backside.

* All Manchurian Candidates have chips and are tracked by satellites.

* Chip technology is not just for tracking. Chips can be used to alter moods, i.e. create panic, anger, rage, fear, delusions....

* The man is from Missouri. The CIA was formed under President Truman's watch. When Truman left the White House he took the biggest part of the CIA back to Missouri with him... he took the covert operations side.

* St Louis is the hub of covert operations. The surrounding towns include many companies that are actively involved in R&D for covert ops. (Research and Development)

* For many years all covert funding ran through CIA banks in and surrounding St Louis.

* The citizens of Missouri are routinely used in government testing and experimentation using newly devised tools for the covert side of the intelligence community, and/or prototypes for new weapons of war.... WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT OR KNOWLEDGE.

* The R&D side of covert operations is 20 to 40 years ahead of what the news reports and the public knows.

The following article appears to be a covert experiment or project that went sour and made the headlines. This happens every now and then. The government is usually able to keep things like this out of the news. Articles like these are usually only covered in home town papers. This is one that slipped through.

Man Claiming Government Poisoning Him With Rays From Satellite Smashes Cars The Associated Press

TAMPA, Fla. (AP) - A man who claimed the government was conspiring against him and pumping poison rays into his body with a satellite rammed 20 parked cars with a stolen Mack truck before being arrested. No one was injured in the Wednesday afternoon rampage in a Tampa parking lot.

Police arrested Anthony Diveley, of Arnold, Mo., and charged him with grand theft for stealing the truck and 21 counts of criminal mischief. He was being held at the Hillsborough County Jail.

Witnesses said that after the man crashed into the cars and the rig came to a stop, he climbed out onto the truck's hood and made his declaration that the government was shooting poison rays into him.

"Like a broken record, he kept saying he had a chip in his belly and that when a satellite flies overhead, it burns his brain and fries his belly," said Patrick Sistrunk, a GTE customer service representative who witnessed the commotion.
