Some Rather Ugly Thoughts for Consideration:
1. Since Prince Philip is already said to be of a mind to reduce the world's population by 50%, could this 'epidemic' be intentional towards this end? Perhaps the idea of 'biological warfare' is only a smokescreen to throw the already beleagured Brits off base?
2. Is is not possible that England is merely the developing 'template' for the New World Order's takeover of the world? In other words, use the Brits as a kind of 'lab rat'. See how they respond. Take away their right to defend themselves; make them dependent on socialized medicine w/o recourse to alternative healings; kill millions of farm animals; arrest them in restaurants for daring to have an opinion. Then,when you are quite sure they are completely and fully demoralized, walk into their houses, rip Fido from the arms of little Jimmy and then affirm this once proud European in the complete destruction of his character. Now, Refine your tactics and move on to the next European State?

3. 1 & 2 above are not necessarily exclusive unto themselves.

4. If the British let their Government kill their pets, they will be deemed completely docile and ready for the final steps into the human 'killing fields'AND Concentration Camps.

5. THIS MAY BE GREAT BRITAIN'S LAST CHANCE TO STAND UP AND DO SOMETHING.

6. How convenient that this disease takes from 10 to 15 years to manifest. If I were the British public I'd take the tact that since the world as we know it only has another 8-10 years max (hey, we can be optimistic...;-), so what? They may never have to experience the actual disease anyway, if it is real in the first place, which I highly doubt.

7. I will bet that the Queen's famous corghi's or yorkies or whatever they are will not be on the 'hitlist'. Any takers?
