Reply Proof That O Exists

For those of you who have doubted the existence of trading programs, of which
O is one, I refer you to a recent broadcast on the "Jeff Rense Show"
(www.rense.com. Click on "Archived Shows" beside his picture; the program is
also available for, I believe, $12 for those who are not on the Internet).
Rense had a guest on 8/15/01 who is a Christian economist. Her name is Joan
Veon, and she claims her mission from God is to document and expose the New
World Order. She travels around to different NWO conferences and hears
first-hand what's going on. As she said, the One World Government isn't
coming; it's here.
Anyway, my ears perked up when Joan started discussing the World Bank. The
conversation transcribed below starts around an hour and five minutes [1:05:0
into the broadcast). I skipped over unrelated comments and left out most of
the ah's and ums. Otherwise, this transcription is verbatim. [MY COMMENTS ARE
IN BRACKETS.]:
Joan: .…on $1.5 trillion that moves around the world on a daily basis looking
for the highest player, the quickest return…
Jeff: By the way, that big money pool that is constantly in flux…the big
boys, the big movers and shakers get to play with that money. They play in
that money. They make astonishing…you know this [Joan agreeing] - they make
astounding profits, 1,000% profits , 500% profits in a month, 30 days,
whatever. They do contract work on this money.
Joan: Oh absolutely…
Jeff: And nobody knows about this, Joan. You do, and some people do, but this
is a …there's an incredible money game going on at the highest level which is
never talked about in the media. Never.
Joan: I have a client…she has now left Alcoa 'cause they refused to give her
a senior vice president position ah which, as a female, she really earned.
But, for years, in the treasury dept of Alcoa, she ran their operations,
which um basically ah invested part of this borderless money, and she told me
that she made for Alcoa large chunks of money.
Jeff: Yeah, tens of millions of dollars…
Joan: And when I asked her if the other ah blue chip corporations - and don't
forget Paul O'Neill [CURRENT US TREASURY SECRETARY] came from Alcoa - when I
asked her if the other ah blue chip corporations were doing this, she said,
"Oh, yeah. They're all doing 'em. They all have a treasury department.
They're all playing this borderless flow of money."
Jeff: And nobody knows about this. You don't see it in The New York Times;
you won't see it anywhere. You will in time, probably, but because more and
more people are finding about it. And this program tonight is telling a lot
of people. There is this incredible money game going on at the highest levels
of insider insiders, and these people for decades have been making
incalculable fortunes on this money. It's just amazing."
Joan: Well, you know, the question should be asked along these lines - and
most people can't even figure the question to ask - and that is how does the
World Bank gets its huge funding?
Jeff: Sure.
Joan: And, um, I was talking to some guy who called me one time.…and he's the
one who told me…he said, "Do you know how the World Bank gets their money?" I
said, "No". And so I bought this book [then she tries to figure how she got
the book.] It's called The Handbook of Fixed Income Securities 5th edition by

he explains the structured notes that are floated by the World Bank. The
bottom line is the big boys buy it; they make in a…they are discounted notes
for the World Bank. [CRASH COURSE IN HOW NOTES WORK: NOTES, DEBT INSTRUMENTS
OF BETWEEN ONE AND TEN YEARS IN LENGTH, ARE ISSUED AT PAR (AKA FACE VALUE OR
100). SO A DISCOUNTED NOTE IS ONE THAT IS SOLD BELOW PAR. A NOTE MAY TRADE
ABOVE OR BELOW PAR DURING ITS LIFE, BUT IT WILL ALWAYS MATURE AND PAY AT PAR,
UNLESS THE ISSUER IS BANKRUPT. THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WHAT YOU PAY AND WHAT
IT MATURES AT IS YOUR PROFIT. PLUS, SINCE THE NOTE IS A DEBT INSTRUMENT, THE
ISSUER PAYS THE BUYER A SPECIFIED RATE OF INTEREST, CALLED THE COUPON] …they
make like a 1,000% in a very short period of time. The bottom line is they
end up being sold two or three times before they end up in either a mutual
fund or a trust fund. While all the big boys have made the 1,000%, and the
little guys are going to make the 10% for the rest of life of the note. [10%
IS A FABULOUS RATE OF RETURN IN THE DEBT MARKETS OF THE PAST SEVERAL YEARS.
MONEY MARKETS, WHICH INVEST IN THE LEAST RISKY DEBT ARE PAYING ONLY ABOUT 5%
NOW. RISKIER DEBT IS CURRENTLY PAYING IN UNDER 15% RATES.]
Jeff: Right. Exactly. It's such a scam….it is a game that you don't get in,
the stakes are high, but once you're in, boy, whew. And it's all on the honor
system. If somebody burns somebody, you can't go to court over it. But if you
do burn somebody at that level, you'd better be prepared to protect your
backside. It's that kind of a game…we're talking about billions…billions.
Joan: Yeah, I remember this guy um telling me…he was into this…and he ah
said to me…"…Look if you think the World Economic Forum and going to the
IMF, World Bank, and the G7 is big stuff," he said, "Hey, I could really show
you the inner circle." Well, you know, then I talked to his friend who
referred me to him, and he said, "Well, that's really too bad because this
guy has lost everything, and he's waiting for his ship to come in, and he's
gonna be one of the guys who's probably going to be disillusioned by the time
these big boys get done using him." [THIS MIGHT BE WHY MK AND THE OTHERS WHO
WERE REALLY INVOLVED IN O HAVE KEPT QUIET ABOUT THE DETAILS (MAYBE THEY'RE
UNDER ND'S??), AND WHY YOU DON'T SEE DEBENTURE TRADING ALL OVER THE NEWS.]

Though perhaps folks would appreciate some help in the area of "what to do
and why" . The following is a very informative site which helps folks to see

advice. I just finished reading the book "Tax Haven RoadMap" by Richard
