Title: ISRAEL MUST GO TO WAR SOONER RATHER THAN LATER TO AVOID ANNIHILATION
BY BIOLOGICAL WEAPONS

Subtitle: Palestinians have been "contemplating" for some time now about
obtaining biological weapons to use to annihilate Israel. The Biblical
prophecy about Israel annihilating the House of Esau [Palestinians] draws
closer every day!

"Yasser Arafat's Palestinian Authority has been exploring the development and
use of biological weapons, according to a report today in the PA's official
weekly newspaper, Al-Manar. The report, titled 'Will We Reach the Option of
Biological Deterrence?' and signed by 'The Palestinian Center for Information
Sources-Gaza,' states that 'serious thinking has begun awhile ago about
obtaining biological weapons'.

"During my years with U.S. Army Intelligence, I
was taught that, when a government admits they are "thinking" about a weapon,
or that they now have a new weapon, the reality is that they have had it for
a number of years; in fact, when the U.S. government admits to a new weapons
capability, they have possessed it for 10-20 years!

The very fact that the
Palestinian official weekly newspaper is making it public knowledge that
Arafat is "contemplating" obtaining biological weapons can mean that he
already has them!

Certainly, he could get such weapons from several sources
within the Arab world. Iran certainly has biological weapons capability, as
does Iraq. Perhaps the major reason Israel reacted so quickly and forcefully
to the Iraqi commandos coming into Israel through Jordan was because these
commandos were expert in biological warfare. News reports certainly stated
that these commandos were "highly" and "specially" trained.

If the Muslims
were able to expertly deploy biological weapons against a Jewish enemy that
they outnumber 50-1, they would instantly change the balance of power in the
region, to the point where Israel might face biological annihilation.

In
fact, biological weapons hold such a threat that one could even state that
the Muslims would hold a significant "balance of terror" advantage over
Israel.

What advantage does an atomic weapon have over a biological one that
could drop Israeli citizens like flies as they go about their daily
business?

To counter such a terror threat, Israel must react preemptively.

But, before we complete our thought on this matter, let us return to our
feature article for more detail.

You will see how devastating the
psychological impact biological weapons might have upon the Jewish citizenry.

The quote following is from the Palestinian Authority magazine Al-Manar
quoted originally in this WorldNetDaily report.

"While the human-bombs (a
reference to suicide bombers) may be followed (and maybe stopped by)
preventive measures ... serious thinking has begun for a while about
developing a Palestinian weapon of deterrence. This weapon terrifies the
Israeli security apparatuses, from time to time, mainly because obtaining its
primary components, whether biological or chemical, is possible without too
much effort, let alone the fact that there are hundreds of experts who are
capable of handling them and use them as weapons of deterrence, thus creating
a balance of horror in the equation of the Palestinian-Israeli
conflict."

Notice how approvingly this article speaks of "human bombs", the
suicide bombers plaguing Israel right now. But, there is more.

Just in case
you thought that Arafat and his Palestinian Authority had nothing to do with
the human suicide bombers, listen to this next sentence, remembering that
this magazine is fully operating under the control of Arafat:

"A few bombs or
death-carrying devices will be enough, once they are deployed in secluded
areas and directed at the Israeli water resources or the Israeli beaches, let
alone the markets and the residential centers," the report said. "

[This will
be carried out] without explosions, noise, blood, or pictures that are used
to serve the Israeli propaganda. Anyone who is capable, with complete
self-control, of turning his body into shrapnel and scattered organs, is also
capable of carrying a small device that cannot be traced and throw it in the
targeted location.

"This article singles out five (5) areas of target for
these biological weapons:

1. Secluded areas -- a suicide bomber could quietly
and unobtrusively go into a "secluded area", drop his vial of biological
poison, knowing that in a matter of days, or weeks, the Jewish people living
adjacent to these areas would start mysteriously dying.

2. Israeli Water
Resources -- This threat seems most insidious, since water is the lifeblood
of a people.

In this regard, I find it highly interesting that most of
Israel's water originates outside her borders and flows through Arab lands;
therefore, the biological agents could be easily planted by Arabs other than
the Palestinian.

When Israel's Prime Minister Barak suddenly ordered Israeli
forces to abandon Lebanon, they left a critical water resource, the Hatzbani
River, in the hands of the Arabs. The sign for which to watch if biological
agents are planted in Arab territory is the sudden evacuation of Arab
citizens living adjacent to the waterway carrying the now-poisoned water.

3. Israeli beaches -- Thousands upon thousands of Jewish people congregating at
the beaches to beat the inland heat could suddenly start falling down dead.

This technique would be most effective in instilling terror in the hearts and
minds of the rest of the Jewish citizenry, and of course, the Palestinians
would be denying any involvement the most vociferously.

4. The Markets -- the
economic lifeline of daily living. Suicide bombers carrying bombs have
already targeted the marketplace, as that is the place where a lot of Jews
congregate daily.

5. Residential centers -- Palestinians have targeted Jewish
residential areas with rifle, machine gun, and mortar fire.

However, with
remarkably few exceptions, these attacks have been unsuccessful in causing
injury or death. This could change quickly should they start targeting Jewish
towns and villages with biological weapons.

The potential for Jewish
annihilation from such a biological weapon is so exceedingly high that
Israel's Defense Forces and her top civilian leadership must react sooner
rather than later.

They cannot allow Palestinians to mingle unobtrusively
amongst the Jewish population carrying small vials of the most deadly type of
biological agent. One small vial could kill tens of thousands and would
spread such psychological terror amongst the Jewish citizens that Israel
could empty out quickly.

Of course, the Palestinians would like nothing
better. This biological weaponry might just be what they need to either kill
all the Jews in Israel or kill many and drive out the rest. This threat is
so real and so devastating that Israel's leaders must immediately -- if they
haven't already -- to put into place plans that would deal with this
potential disaster before the Palestinians can unleash this biological
capability.

Remember that Iraq's Saddam Hussein has exactly the type of
biological agents for which Arafat and his Palestinians are looking.

DEALING WITH THE THREAT BY ELIMINATING THE 'THREATENER'

These horrific suicide
missions have taught the Jews one very important element: it is virtually
impossible to protect against human bomb suicide missions when Arabs are
living side-by-side with the Jew, and are allowed to walk the same streets,
shop the same malls, and eat in the same restaurants.

How does one deal with
"cousins" who live, eat, and work virtually side-by-side with you, but who
hate your guts every second of every day?

This fact was underscored by another current article.

"In Jenin, a northern West Bank town, considered the
current capital of Palestinian terror bombings, it's not hard to find such
young men [to be suicide bombers].

Nor is it hard to find Palestinians who
justify the assaults. 'People feel that to do nothing is a kind of suicide',
said Abu Samer, a political activist ... '

They believe they are up against an
immovable force, and that at least this is one thing Israel can't stop'."
["Jenin is capital of suicide bombers", The Providence Journal , Wednesday,
August 15, 2001, p. A3]

Suicide bombings are a symptom, not a cause. The
cause is unbelievable, intense Arab hatred of the Jew that is systemic
throughout the Arab culture for the past 2,000 years.

This following quote
is typical of this hatred, and it is current.

"Hatred of Israel as a Yardstick of Patriotism," reads as follows: "...It is proper that the call to hate
Israel continue to be a medal worn on the chest of every Arab, and I repeat
my position that it should be regarded as a measurement of patriotism and as
a certificate of greatness and nobility." [Palestinian Authorities' official
newspaper, Al Hayat al-Jadida , May 16, 2001]

From this supernatural hatred
comes the suicide bomber.

Even though counter-insurgency methods will prevent
many suicide bombing attacks, enough will get through to wreak physical
damage -- unbelievable blood and death -- and undermine the faith of the
average Jewish citizen that their government can protect them. Following the
Holocaust, Jews the world over flocked to Israel in the belief that only a
Jewish state could protect them against annihilation.

Such Jews reasoned
that the single major reason Hitler was able to nearly annihilate them, and
the Russians initiate so many pogroms against them, was that they were
defenseless since they were scattered to the far winds of the earth.

Had the
Jews been concentrated in Israel, these Jews reasoned, Hitler would never
have been able to attack them and murder them with impunity. Only a Jewish
state who cared only about the security and welfare of the Jew could be
depended upon to assure the survival of the Jews in a world filled with
anti-Semitism.

This reasoning seemed to hold true, until Illuminist leaders of
Israel began to obey their American and European masters, and implement the
Oslo "Peace" Accords.

As we have stated in so many previous articles, Oslo
was never intended to bring peace and safety to the region, and was never
intended to advance the Arab cause.

Rather, Oslo was intended to be the
largest trap in world history, encouraging the Palestinian first, and the
rest of the Arabs in the region secondly, to attack Israel, believing they
had gained a critically important advantage in gaining "land for peace", thus
strategically weakening Israel.

The Palestinians believe this illusion to be
true, and Arab leaders around the region have come to believe it as well.

Leaders like Mubarak of Egypt, Assad of Syria, and Saddam Hussein of Iraq
believe they also have the advantage of the Palestinian Fifth Column deep
within Israel.

When Jordan refused to allow the Palestinians who fled during
the 1948 Israeli/Arab war to come to the provinces of Moab and Edom to join
their brethren there, Arab leaders realized almost immediately the advantage
of having a hostile Arab population within the borders of Israel.

The time
has come for them to finally initiate the plan to use the Palestinians as
human cannon fodder to further the greater "good" of destroying Israel and
returning Palestine to the control of the Muslims.

We have gotten a little
astray from our original topic, i.e., the inability to protect against human
suicide bombers who come from a population that lives shoulder to shoulder
with the targeted population.

The late Rabbi Kahane rose to fame in the
mid-1980's because he boldly stated that the only way to protect Israel from the madness -- the insanity -- of the Arab suicide bomber was to expel the Palestinians from Israel, forcing them to go back to Jordan from whence they
came and where the rest of them currently live.

This position resonated with
many Israeli Jews, enough so that the Illuminati felt that their Oslo Peace
Plan was at risk. Thus Rabbi Kahane and his followers were harassed, and
some arrested, while the Israeli government propaganda machine worked
overtime to create the illusion that Kahane and his followers were crazy and
their concepts a threat to Israel's security.

Then, in 1972, Kahane was
gunned down in New York City. His son, Benjamin, took over reigns to the
Kahane Movement, but he was killed by Palestinian gunmen a few months
ago.Now, the time has arrived to boldly say: Kahane was right!

Many average
citizens in Israel are coming to the conclusion rapidly that Kahane and his
followers were right all along. The only way to defend against the human
suicide bomber is to expel the Palestinians. A grass-roots movement to effect
this goal is springing up in Israel right now, but this is the time the
Illuminati wants just such a movement. What is different in 2001 than in
1985, when Kahane's expulsion ideas were a threat?

Now, Oslo has run its
full course. Now, the time has come to bring about the final parts of the
Illuminati Plan, which foresees the total destruction of the Palestinians and
later on, all Muslims.

You see, Muslims are fanatically monotheistic, so
they will never, ever be able to accept the polytheistic claims of
Antichrist.

But, Bible prophecy also speaks of the annihilation of the
Palestinians. In Obadiah 15-19, God pronounces an annihilating judgment
against the "House of Esau", which is the Palestinian people.

Never before
could scholars understand how this prophecy could be fulfilled to the letter,
because it apparently calls for the complete, 100% annihilation of the
Palestinian population.

Let us review this prophecy:Obadiah 15 refers to the
End of the Age, and its prophecy is aimed at "Edom", one the provinces of the
Arab's House of Esau, today known as the Palestinians. "For the day of the
Lord is near upon all the nations. As you have done, it shall be done to you;
your dealings will return upon your own head." [Verse 15]

This statement is
quite sobering, when one remembers all the acts of hatred and violence
perpetrated upon the Jews by the Palestinians. Remember all the acts of
terror? Remember all the acts of the "Holy" Jihad declared upon the Jews by
all the Arabs, calling for Israel's complete slaughter? Now, God is stating
that all of these horrible acts of hatred by Arabs against the Jews will be
brought back to bear upon the head of the Arabs. But, also remember, that
Arabs have hated the Jews for 2,500 years. Finally, God is about to deliver
Divine punishment upon them.

Listen below:"For as you [Edom] have drunk upon
the mountain of My holiness [desecrating it in the wild revelry of the
destroyers] so shall all the nations drink continually in turn, of My wrath;
yes, they shall drink, talk foolishly, and swallow down [the full measure of
punishment] and they shall be [destroyed] as though they had not been."

[Verse 16, Parallel Bible, KJV/Amplified] This is the first instance where
God foretold that His punishment for Edom [Palestinians] would be complete,
100% annihilation. In other words, God is going to destroy every man, woman,
and child in the Palestinian population!

"But on Mount Zion [in Jerusalem]
there shall be deliverance [for those who escape], and it shall be holy; and
the house of Jacob shall possess its [own former] possessions." [Verse 17.
Parallel Bible, KJV/Amplified]

This verse tells us that, once Israel's most implacable foe, the
Palestinians, have been totally eliminated, then Israel will " possess its
own former possessions". To what is God referring here? When God promised the
land to Abraham for an "everlasting" possession, He gave him a land that is
considerably larger than present Israel. All of Lebanon, two-thirds of
Jordan, and Syria up to a point just south of Damascus, represent the full
nation of Israel. In Ezekiel 36:28 we see God's promise to a restore Latter
Day Israel. "And you shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; and
you shall be my people, and I will be your God." Therefore, when God gives
Israel this annihilating victory, He has further promised them that they
would possess the full amount of territory, described above. But, now let us
return to Obadiah, because the next verse gives us the full understanding.

"The house of Jacob shall be a fire, and the house of Joseph a flame, but the
house of Esau shall be stubble; they shall kindle and burn them and consume
them, and there shall be no survivor of the house of Esau, for the Lord has
spoken it." [Verse 18, Parallel Bible, KJV/Amplified]

This prophecy states
that the nation of Israel [the combined houses of Jacob and Joseph] shall
have some kind of a fire build up within them that will suddenly explode
outward to consume the House of Esau in 100% annihilation.

Since a weapon of
fire does not travel outward from its source too far, we can assume that this
House of Esau must be living in close proximity to Israel at the moment of
this conflagration.

This kind of destruction is annihilation. God is going to
destroy the Palestinian people so thoroughly that there will be no trace left
of this former people!

Why is God going to be so destructive of the
Palestinians? The answer is in Joel 3:2 and 7. God is going to deliver
judgment upon all the nations, beginning with the Arabs, for their treatment
of the Jews for the past 3,000 years. Certainly, we can empathize with the
Jews, outnumbered 6 million to 250 million, trying to survive, trying to eke
out a living amidst such turmoil, fear, and violence. We can certainly feel
the pain when an Arab terrorist kills innocent men, women, and children in a
terrorist attack. Since the Arabs' best cannot defeat Israel's best on the
battlefield, as men, they resort to killing innocent men, women, and
children. Payback time is coming, and it will be at the hand of Almighty God.

Israel's military may pull the trigger, but Vengeance belongs to God. We
believe that Israel will use it "Fuel-Air Bomb" to accomplish this
annihilation. Quoting in part from an earlier article on this subject,
NEWS1422:The United States and Israel do possess a "Fire" weapon of mass
destruction, and we believe this is the weapon Israel may use to achieve
God's pronouncement of the doom of His judgment as described in Obadiah
15-18.

This weapon is called the "Fuel-Air" bomb, and it was devastatingly
used during the Gulf War. In fact, one of the most vivid pictures taken of
that war depict a miles-long column of Iraqi vehicles that was totally
annihilated, and blackened, by the Fuel-Air bomb. Every person in every
vehicle was not only killed, their bodies were charred and blackened beyond
belief. News reports said that over 1,500 Iraqi tanks, armored vehicles,
jeeps, ambulances, trucks, and automobiles were annihilated by these Fuel-Air
bombs. The soldiers operating these vehicles were totally annihilated in
seconds, and their bodies were charred and blackened beyond belief.

A Fuel-Air bomb operates very simply.

"Fuel-air explosives form highly gaseous mixtures
which, when detonated, produce much more blast than fire. For their size and
weight, they provide a much larger blast than any other weapon except for
nuclear devices; in fact, the blast can mimic a small nuclear explosion ...

Some are launched from aircraft, others from helicopters or ground vehicles."

Thus, if the goal is to annihilate an entire city within minutes, the
Fuel-Air bomb would be the perfect weapon to employ. It can be launched from
aircraft, helicopters, or even ground vehicles, as the above quote tells us.
Israel could deliver this Fuel-Air bomb from a variety of launching
platforms, thus making it more likely they could cover all the target sites
at once. Palestinian cities would explode as if they were hit with small
nuclear devices, but they would largely be destroyed by blast and fire,
instantaneously.

We go into greater detail in NEWS1422 about the capability of
the Fuel-Air Bomb. However, we then asked the obvious question as to how
Israel could accomplish this destruction of an entire population without
killing a lot of their own people. Drawing from my experience in U.S. Army
Intelligence, I stated that the Israeli Defense Force [IDF] would have to
physically separate the Palestinian population from the Jewish, so that, at
the time of the attack, no Jewish citizen would be in the target area.

Therefore, I stated that, when you saw the IDF separating the Palestinian
population from the Jewish you would know two firm facts:1. That Israel
really is planning this type of Palestinian annihilation;2. That the timing
of this attack is closer than we believed.

Prime Minister Barak originally
ordered the IDF to begin physically separating Palestinian towns in early
November, 2000.

Today, almost all Palestinian towns and villages are
cordoned off, some with barbed wire fences and some with deep trenches.

The IDF can now simultaneously seal off all Palestinian towns and villages so
that only the targeted population is within the Kill Zone at the time of the
attack.

God's prophesy would be completely and utterly fulfilled. We are not
pleased about this, as we seek the death of no person; however, God's
judgment is pronounced, so it will happen.Our point is that the Palestinians
may have just signed their Death Warrant by seeking biological weapons. If
Israel had any qualms about annihilating the Palestinians before, they will
have no qualms now.

They must strike preemptively, and sooner rather than
later. The only way to deal with this Threat is to kill the Threatener.The
timing belongs to God. However, we know that all other signs that the End of
the Age is nearly here are all occurring, all around the world. Can the
appearance of Antichrist be far away? We believe not.

STEPS 3 AND 4 OF THE
NEW JERUSALEM COVENANT PROJECT ARE FIRST

As we reported in NEWS1519, Steps 1
and 2 of the New Jerusalem Covenant Project have already occurred.

Therefore, we can conclude that Steps 3, 4, and 5 will also occur just as
this plan has envisioned.

To reiterate:

Step 1 was the creation of three
simultaneous global meetings, Religious, Economic, Political. These meetings
occurred from August 28 - September 10, 2000. [Read NEWS1395]

Step 2 was the creation of a "general fear of war" which would enable Steps 3, 4 and 5 to occur.

Just 19 days after the three global conferences concluded, the
Palestinians started rioting. Since then, the region has experienced a
gradual ratcheting upward of violence and the threat of regional war, and
perhaps even global war.

Step 3 is the creation of an international section
within Jerusalem, but not on the Temple Mount. This international section
will be created specifically to allow adherents of Judaism, Muslim, and
Christianity to worship together.

Step 4 calls for the Roman Catholic Pope to
travel to Jerusalem where he will declare all world's religions are now one,
and he is their head. Perhaps this step will occur as the Pope is laying the
cornerstone for the new combined worship center called for in Step 3.

Step 5
is the staged appearance of Antichrist [Read NEWS1052 for full details].
This step will be preceded by the all-out World War III.

Our point is that a
short and false "peace" will break out before the all-out war described above
-- first against the Palestinians and then against Egypt, Iraq, Syria, and
Jordan -- a regional war that is designed to bring in the super powers, and
to ultimately produce Antichrist.

Before this war, Steps 3 and 4 will occur,
giving people the false hope that "peace and safety" has finally been
realized in the region.

The Palestinians may have just ensured that little
time will be allowed to pass between the current Step 2 and the completion of
Step 4.

The Illuminati has planned both for this war to occur, and for
Israel to win.

Only an Israeli win will allow them to build their Masonic
Temple on the Temple Mount.

A Muslim win would be problematic for building
that Masonic Temple.

Therefore, expect:

1. A threat of war so palpable that
everyone in the world will expect war within minutes. We will hear
announcements that the armies of Egypt, Syria, Jordan, and the Hizbullah are
poised to attack Israel. We will hear that Israel is fully mobilized and
ready to defend herself. War will seem totally inevitable;

2. A dramatic
"breakthrough" for peace in the region; this will be a false and short-lived
peace;

3. Step 3 of the New Jerusalem Covenant Project, the creation of a
international religious sector within Jerusalem, but not on the Temple
Mount;

4. Step 4 of the New Jerusalem Covenant Project, the Pope going to
Jerusalem to announce that all world's religions are now one, and he is their
leader;

5. All-out war, after Steps 3 and 4 are completed. Do not be deceived
when this false "peace" occurs. Do not get caught up in the frenzy of
expectations.

Once this all-out war begins, the Palestinian people will be the
first major casualty. Truly, these events foretell the End of the Age. Are
you spiritually ready? Is your family? Are you adequately protecting your
loved ones? This is the reason for this ministry, to enable you to first
understand the peril facing you, and then help you develop strategies to warn
and protect your loved ones. Once you have been thoroughly trained, you can
also use your knowledge as a means to open the door of discussion with an
unsaved person. I have been able to use it many times, and have seen people
come to Jesus Christ as a result. These perilous times are also a time when
we can reach many souls for Jesus Christ, making an eternal difference.
