Many people have asked why I took down the PC SPY banners. They wondered if PC SPY was a hoax.

I have to admit, I wondered about this myself, so I started making phone calls.

I discovered that the parent company cyberdetective.net has been in business for five years and appears to be a legitimate company with many different software programs.

PC SPY is licensed to sell one of their programs. When the PC SPY site went down, I called every number I could find, and everyone I talked to genuinely seemed concerned and were working as hard as they could to fix things.
