Is it possible that the Foot & Mouth Disease "Crisis" was a manufactured event to achieve an objective similar to Klamath Falls?

Will this "crisis" pave the way for the takeover of the UK countryside by Global Corporate groups?

And by the way, why is Cheney not willing to hand over the documents relating to the making of The Energy Policy?

It's not because Karl Rove, the Shrub's top energy strategist, at that time owned stock in many Texas based energy companies such as Enron because we know that.

Perhaps Cheney's concern is that it will become known that he is (was?) a major stockholder in Enron?

Or that Chinese-American Wendy L. Gramm is the Director for Enron Corp. She is also the wife of Phil Gramm (R.Texas).

It has been speculated in his former position as Chairman of the Senate Banking, Housing, & Urban Affairs Committee he had to cover up the her money laundering, bribery & blackmailing schemes in cooperation with the Federal Reserve & BCCI. This occurred in 1989 while she was regulating the Chicago markets as head of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission.

Perhaps the concern is that this might start to unravel the whole Chinese Connection of Drugs & Arms business with the BushBoyz which is funneled through Chicago.

Foot & Mouth Disease is not life threatening to cattle or man. The actions against the spread of this disease were irrational. Like most viruses, with time it passes, but during it's course it does have some economic impact.
