Didn't you every wonder why Carter gave away the Panama Canal?


In his article titled: Meet Robert Pastor: Father of the North American Union, Jerome Corsi charges that: "Robert Pastor intends to give away U.S. sovereignty to a newly forming North American Union exactly as he gave away the Panama Canal to Panama during Jimmy Carter's presidency."(99)


There is absolutely no doubt about the clear and evident goal of the CFR as constantly expressed by their 'golden boy' Dr. Robert A. Pastor. He has been a consistent 'mouth piece' for their agenda for a minimum of eight years which includes the two years of study he made of the European Union before he wrote his 2001 'blueprint' for the NAU. He has been groomed, engaged, supported and showered with accolades from within and without the CFR's many tentacled operations, organizations and 'good ole boy' connections. Over the years he has had access and positions at the highest levels of our government.


Of import was the fact that from "February 1975 to January 1977, Dr. Pastor was executive director of the Linowitz Commission on U.S./Latin American Relations. The Linowitz Commission supported President Carter's decision to negotiate a treaty to turn over the Panama Canal to Panama. Pastor left the Linowitz Commission to join [and then] become director of the Office of Latin American and Caribbean Affairs in the National Security Council in the Carter White House. There Pastor served as Carter's 'point man' in getting the Senate to narrowly vote for the Carter-Torrijos Treaty on April 18, 1978, despite staunch objections from conservative politicians including Ronald Reagan."(99)

Did you know that it "was CFR stalwarts Henry Kissinger, Ellsworth Bunker and Sol Linowitz who arranged (with Senate approval) to give away the U.S. canal in Panama, and to pay the Marxist dictatorship in that country $400 million to take it?"(100)

As you can see from the map above, there is no need for the Panama Canal when Communist China can pull up to three convenient ports of entry on the west coast of Mexico. Actually they can 'kill two birds with one stone' because Communist China will avoid the Panama Canal which takes a great deal of time to traverse and they will avoid the high cost of unloading at ports on the west coast of California.


Don't think for a minute that the Panama Canal will still be necessary to get to the east coast ports because the CFR membership is way ahead of you with their plans. They intend to carve up America into many Super Corridors to transport EVERYWHERE, including the east coast. The East coast will be the last to be conquered because it is more densely populated as opposed to Texas and the mid-west which has lots of open land and fewer people to resist having our country made into Communist China merchandise arteries.


Consider that the "Chinese have a world-class economy, the world's largest army, a fast growing navy and a nuclear arsenal aimed at U.S. cities. They are dead serious. Here's what one of their military leaders said: 'As for the United States, for a relatively long time it will be necessary that we quietly nurse our sense of vengeance . . . We must conceal our abilities and bide our time.' -- Lt. General Mi Zhenyu, Vice Commandant, Academy of Military Science, Bejing."(101)



Two Worlds - One Route




In the frenzy to learn about and fight against the carving up of America and loss of our sovereignty, we must NEVER lose sight of the fact that the 'corridors' will literally provide 'avenues of transport' directly into the heart of America ready made for our conquering by foreign powers! You can stash a lot of armament and soldiers into thousands and thousands of shipping containers on trucks or rails, not to mention a dirty bomb or two. Do you think that Communist China would let us do that in their country? Think about all the socialist, and Marxist governments in South America that could make similar use of those Super Corridors. Wake up America . . . it is NOT just about roads!

Just What is NASCO and NAIPN . . .


It is another of the CFR elite cabals ingenious methodology for forcing America to surrender its sovereignty on the altar of global monopoly. NASCO stands for the North America's SuperCorridor Coalition, Inc., is a non-profit organization (Read no tax revenue for America's coffers while management and the banks will make plenty) dedicated to developing the world's first international, integrated and secure, multi-modal transportation system (Read here - A TOLL ROAD) along the International Mid-Continent Trade and Transportation Corridor to improve both the trade competitiveness and quality of life in North America.


NASCO "Created the term 'International Trade Corridor' [ITC] now used internationally by all corridor coalitions." And NASCO has: "Provided a model for other successful trade corridor initiative through its work on I-35."(103)

History of NAFTA-NASCO SuperCorridor . . .


The following is a chronology that was quoted from the website of Nancy Boyda, who is currently campaigning for a seat in the U.S. Congress in the state of Kansas:


"1986-2006: Overall funding for the four-thousand-mile NAFTA-NASCO SuperCorridor -- running through the heart of America from Mexico to Canada -- has two financial components. The first component is a private, twenty-year fundraising campaign to build public support and lobbying clout through solicitation of 'memberships' from cities, counties, states, corporations, and individuals. The public component consists of NASCO being able to access federal taxpayer money by 'helping' to write the annual appropriations bills of Congress, with monies for NASCO projects buried deep within the 'Transportation' section of these bills.


1954: President Eisenhower establishes a long-term American-owned system of interstate highways.


1995: The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) is signed without enforceable provisions for either labor safety or environmental health.


1996: The I-35 Corridor Coalition is formed as a non-governmental advocacy group for creating an 'international trade and multi-modal transportation corridor' reaching deep into the heartland of America. The name of the organization is then changed to 'North America's SuperCorridor Coalition, Inc.' (NASCO). (PR 8/4/05 NASCO)


1998: NASCO is instrumental in getting $700 million allocated and buried deep within the six-year 'Transportation Equity Act of the 21st Century' (TEA-21). The Corridor provisions in 'TEA-21' were 'suggested' by NASCO itself for the purpose of the 'creation of the new corridor.' This NASCO-NAFTA SuperCorridor is to be privately owned, and designed for ease of penetration of all national borders (what NASCO calls 'border categories.') (PR 8/4/05 NASCO)


1998-2005: NASCO lobbies Congress for more money and further development of its plan for a separate but parallel corridor through the heart of America. The first segment is in Texas and is called the 'Trans-Texas Corridor-35' (TTC-35). Simply put, this is a privately-owned superhighway (NASCO-NAFTA SuperCorridor) running parallel to the publicly-owned Interstate 35, and intentionally created for private profit.


2005: NASCO is instrumental in inserting language for a 'Multi-State International Corridor Development Program' into the new federal highway bill. NASCO calls it the 'Safe, Accountable, Flexible, and Efficient Transportation Equity Act -- A Legacy for Users' (SAFETEA-LU), and gets Congress to call it this. Through enactment of this $286 billion law, Congress quadruples funding for the next five years for the combined corridors and 'borders categories,' raising overall funding to $2.7 billion. NASCO gets $250 million of these 'earmarked funds' (virtually 10%) for further improvements in its connectors for the NASCO-NAFTA SuperCorridor. (PR 8/4/05 NASCO, entitled 'The Dust has Settled on the Transportation Re-Authorization Bill.')


2006: NASCO is aggressive in Texas by announcing the Cintra-Zachry deal, which consists of a wholly-owned US-Spanish consortium of private investors holding the exclusive rights to build, operate, and charge tolls on this private corridor now designated as 'Trans-Texas C-35.' This US-Spanish consortium is actually paying $7.2 billion dollars for the right to develop the first leg of the SuperCorridor, the 600 miles of it from the Mexican border to the Oklahoma border. While refusing to divulge all the terms of its 'proprietary contract' with the State of Texas, Cintra-Zachry will at a minimum get to operate this segment of the SuperCorridor on its own, and be able to charge tolls for years to come. Thus a foreign-owned private entity is in charge of a big hole in the Mexican border for its own private profits."(104)

What is a Multimodal Transportation System?


They will take I-35 (carved our of Eisenhower's FREE interstate route) probably using the Supreme Courts insane Kelo decision allowing private taking via eminent domain to create an integrated highway toll road: a 4-football field long swath which will include separate lanes for passenger vehicles (three in each direction) and trucks (two in each direction), six rail lines (separate lines in each direction for high-speed rail, commuter rail, and freight rail), and a 200-foot utility zone for oil and gas pipelines, alongside of electricity towers.


NASCO is a TRADE organization, not a government organization. NASCO officers are deeply involved in working with federal and state departments of transportation, local and state government, and regulatory agencies in promoting the Super Corridor.


The NASCO Corridor encompasses Interstate Highways 35, 29 and 94, and the significant east/west connectors to those highways in the United States, Canada and Mexico. The Corridor directly impacts the continental trade flow of North America. Membership includes public and private sector entities along the Corridor in Canada, the United States and Mexico.

The NAFTA corridor movement, involves CANAMEX another trade organization that promotes a Western tri-lateral route utilizing I-19, I-10, I-93 and I-15 in the states of Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Idaho and Montana to link the three countries in trade.

Another non-profit group, the North American Forum on Integration (NAFI), identifies four bands of NAFTA corridors (Pacific, West, East and Atlantic), all relying primarily upon internationalizing north-south existing interstate highways into NAFTA trade corridors.(106)


"Following the implementation of NAFTA, coalitions of interest have been formed in order to promote specific transport channels, to develop the infrastructures of these channels and to propose jurisdictional amendments to facilitate the crossing of borders. These coalitions include businesses, government agencies, civil organizations, metropolitan areas, rural communities and also individuals, wishing to strengthen the commercial hubs of their regions."(107)



"The North American trade corridors are bi- or tri-national channels for which various cross-border interests have grouped together in order to develop or consolidate the infrastructures. The North American corridors are considered multimodal in the sense that they bring into play different modes of transport in succession."(107)



"The infrastructures may include roads, highways, transit routes, airports, pipelines, railways and train stations, river canal systems and port facilities, telecommunications networks and teleports."(107)

Then there is the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is a NASCO member and NASCO supports the Trans-Texas Corridor as part of that relationship.



NASCO is particularly focused on coordinating the efforts of local, state and federal agencies and the private sector to integrate and secure a multimodal transportation system along the existing "NASCO Corridor."



Be prepared to have America divided into 4 Corridors. The Trans Texas Corridor (TCC-35) will start building in 2007. The corridor beginning at Mexico's west coast will let China et al offload their cargo on the Mexican trucks and be transported through Mexico and up the corridor I-35 that will split America in half all the way to Canada where it branches to the east and west coasts of Canada.




Trans-Texas Corridor (TTC-35) website has a 377 page 'report.' The sheer massiveness of it is overwhelming. The projects, the list of federal agencies, state agencies, U.S. Congressmen, Native American tribes, State officials, County Judges, City officials (mayors), Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs), Libraries, and other people and groups involved is astounding and is 30 pages long. The Executive Summery for the project is 56 pages long.(108)



Toll Road Giant Buys Newspapers to Silence Critics . . .



Critics charge that the Macquarie [an Australian Bank] purchase of American Consolidated Media is designed to silence critics of a Texas toll road project.

Australian toll road giant Macquarie agreed Wednesday [1/24/07] to purchase forty local newspapers, primarily in Texas and Oklahoma, for $80 million. Macquarie Bank is Australia's largest capital raising firm and has invested billions in purchasing roads in the US, Canada and UK.



Most recently the company joined with Cintra Concesiones of Spain in a controversial 75-year lease of the 157-mile Indiana Toll Road.



Going to... Kansas City ... Kansas City Smart Port Here I Come ...



Did you know that there are plans to have a Mexican Customs facility as part of the Kansas City 'SmartPort' in the area called the Kansas City Foreign Trade Zone?



How is it the mayor and others were able to create and put in place the many component parts of the SmartPort without your knowing or comprehending the vastness of it? A mega-project that could possibly impact your environment, societal or economic security, not to mention the threat to your national sovereignty or any other negatives that might factor in.



The fact is that got where they are today because they were operating covertly, under the radar with minimal and mostly VERY POSITIVE information provided by the complicit media. Their plan, of course, was to produce little or no resistance to their newly devised North American Union concept called an INLAND PORT.



Inland ports are a part of the federal government's overall plan which they euphemistically call the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America or SPP for short. You will find that this massive project in your backyard is but one of hundreds of projects that the federal government's executive branch is spearheading through the Department of Commerce. They are working feverishly to move forward in many areas in order to create a fait acompli before you know what is actually going on.



IN FACT the Kansas City SmartPort is a major SPP component that will help them leverage the creation of the North American Union or the NAU for short. In order to achieve the North American Union projects like the Kansas City SmartPort was a results of the planning and agreements by the three heads of state from Mexico, Canada and the United States.



How did they do it? The Kansas City planners along with the complicity of your local, state and national news media maintaining their silence, was able to design, prepare and initiate the SmartPort concept. How they conducted their enormous planning, design, innumerable meetings, signed agreements, mobilization and project development and moved forward with little or no resistance.



The Kansas City SmartPort is a non-profit economic development organization formed to promote and enhance the Kansas City metro area’s status as America’s Inland Port Solution, "which will lease the customs site, has agreed to repay the city’s loan over 10 years with revenues generated by international trucking shippers, who will use the Mexican customs clearinghouse. SmartPort President Chris Gutierrez said he hoped the facility would be ready by March for an expected ribbon-cutting by Mexican President Vicente Fox."(109) Now it will have to be Calderon because Fox leaves office in December of this year.



"In October of 2005 nearly 200 U.S., Canadian and Mexican business and government leaders met Thursday to map new North American trade partnerships that will place Kansas City in a pivotal role."(109)



“Kansas City is well positioned to be an economic and transportation hub of North America,” said Sen. Kit Bond of Missouri, keynote speaker for the two-day conference. He outlined the region’s central geography, nationally ranked highway and rail assets, and a pending agreement that will allow Mexico to establish its first foreign-based customs inspection office here."(109)


"That precedent-setting international pact is the subject of high-level talks now between the two nations, and Bond said the deal was expected to close soon. The Kansas City Council has approved a $2.5 million loan to KC SmartPort to build the customs facility in the West Bottoms near Kemper Arena on city-owned land east of Liberty Street and mostly south of Interstate 670."(109)

Mayor Kay Barnes welcomed Kansas City’s international guests as “three cultures coming to the table as one for an economically stronger North America.(109)



In the past year, the city has signed cooperative agreements with the Mexican deep-water port cities of Manzanillo and Lazaro Cardenas, and the Mexican state of Michoacan, aimed at fostering business and government partnerships to move goods to and from Mexico through Kansas City.(109)



The city today is scheduled to sign similar agreements with Winnipeg and the Canadian province of Manitoba . . . [Senator] Bond praised the effort as the first bringing together of the hemisphere’s key transportation, business and government leaders in working sessions. Transportation partnerships are a key component, and central to that is the Mexican customs presence in Kansas City.(109)



Freight would be inspected by Mexican authorities and then sealed in containers for movement directly to Mexican destinations, with fewer border delays. The deals become more lucrative when Asian markets that ship through Mexican ports are figured into the mix. Officials say the arrangement would shave significant time and labor costs for U.S. and Canadian exporters.(109)



“Do the math,” Kansas City-based international cargo broker David Burdick said at a work session Thursday. “People are saying this can’t be done. Well, it’s already being done. We’re way past proving our point,” said Burdick, president of Priority Logistics Inc. Burdick said the advantages of using Mexican ports over strained U.S. ports such as Los Angeles and Long Beach, Calif., are staggering.(109)



Labor costs alone are 64 percent cheaper in Mexico,” he said. “As soon as Kansas City is clicking, everybody will want to use it. That is the hope of KC SmartPort, which promotes international trade in the region."(109)

But . . . How Many JOBS Does That SmartPort Produce?



Didn't you ever wonder what 'international trade' IS?



This is how the propagandists promote it: "Today, international trade is emerging as an important inter-jurisdictional issue in the Midwest region. The 1998 Mid-Continent TradeWay Study reinforced this reality. This study found that a significant amount of international cargo is already processed in or passes through the Kansas City region. In addition, NAFTA trade in Kansas and Missouri is growing, and opportunities exist to provide value-added services for NAFTA goods process more freight in the Greater Kansas City Area. The study also showed that the area needed a single organization with a sole focus of growing the transportation industry; enter Kansas City SmartPort."(111)



However, most Americans understand that international trade means NAFTA . . . American jobs going to Mexico and now with CAFTA they will also go to Central America. Here in the United states, those trucks and trains bringing Communist Chinese goods up the length of Mexico into the United States then all the way to the Kansas City SmartPort will be driven by, guess who . . . Mexicans. Guess who will get hired to do their maintenance?



The 'trade goods' will be warehoused in huge buildings that cheap Mexican labor will construct because they have already taken over the construction trades across America. As noted above . . . Mexican labor is 64% CHEAPER. Once the warehouses are built, all the movement of goods, storage, loading imports and re-loading them as exports will be done primarily by automation.



So the question is just how many jobs will Americans get, not to mention that you will now have to pay to drive on I-35 and other interstates.

How To Save Kansas City From Becoming the First of MANY Inland Ports:



Because the Kansas City SmartPort is the LYNCHPIN to all other proposed 'inland ports' . . . YOU the people of Missouri need to stop this treasonous attack upon America's sovereignty and that is a major Constitutional violation by all levels of government. Pursue the Mayor, the Senator, and others . . . in the courts, as follows:



By signing agreements with a Foreign Power, ALL agreement that have been signed to created the SmartPort and other similar roads are ALL in violation of the US Constitution, Article 1, Section 10, which says that no state shall enter into any agreement with a foreign Power without the Consent of Congress. By doing so they are in violation of our Constitution. That alone could stop the SmartPort. The Constitution TRUMPS all other laws.

  • Created MOU with eight U.S. states and a Canadian province for continued cooperation toward technology development and infrastructure enhancement of the I-35/I-29/I-94 Corridor

  • Created MOU with U.S. Treasury Department to develop ITPC's along I-35

  • Created MOU with the U.S. Department of Energy, the Environmental Protection Agency, the United States Postal Service and the Texas General Land Office to promote alternative fuels along the corridor

Congress Covering The SPP's Treasonous Tracks . . .



Katherine Harris (CFR) (who declared Bush the winner of Florida in 2000) with Co-Sponsors, Pearce and Shays, has proffered HR 2672 (May 26, 2005) the "North American Cooperative Security Act" " in the House "To direct the Secretary of State and the Secretary of Homeland Security to establish a program to enhance the mutual security and safety of the United States, Canada, and Mexico, and for other purposes"(112) Well there's a loophole you can drive a tractor-trailer though, no pun intended.

And in the Senate: S. 853 Richard Lugar R-IN April 20, 2005 is EXACTLY the SAME name and purposes as the Harris bill. Co-Sponsors: Norm Coleman (R-MN); John Cornyn (R-TX); Charles Hagel (CFR) (R-NE); Kay Hutchison (R-TX); John McCain (CFR) (R-AZ); Ted Stevens (R-AK).(113)



As of this date, S. 853 has never emerged from the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and H.R. 2672 has not emerged from the Subcommittee on Intelligence, Information Sharing, and Terrorism Risk Assessment.



Therefore . . . there is NO congressional legislation for the authorization of the SPP working groups and task forces nor is there any proper oversight or control by the legislature of what the Commerce Department calls "a project."



The World Net Daily (WND) acting as a watchdog "has requested from [Geri] Word in the U.S. Department of Commerce a complete listing of the contact persons and the participating membership for the working groups listed in the June 2005 SPP report to the trilateral leaders. In addition, WND asked to see all work products, such as memorandums of understanding, letters of intent, and trilateral agreements that are referenced in the report."(82)



"Many SPP working groups appear to be working toward achieving specific objectives as defined by a May 2005 Council on Foreign Relations task force report, which presented a blueprint for expanding the SPP agreement into a North American Union that would merge the U.S., Canada and Mexico into a new governmental form."(82)

Concerning Cornyn and the NADBank (North American Development Bank)



In order to cover what was already in progress John Cornyn (R-Texas) proffered a bill S. 3622 titled: "North American Investment Fund Act" . . . that would provide for what already existed . . . the North American Development Bank. Go here then click on "BECC-NADB CHARTER" to get the "Agreement Between the Government of the United States of America and the Government of the United Mexican States Concerning the Establishment of a Border Environment Cooperation Commission and a North American Development Bank" then click on "Summary of Project Financing Activities".

Once the deceptive 'back door' bill by Cornyn was exposed, he backed down from it but will NOT pull the bill claiming it will just 'languish' till the end of the congressional sessions and then die. If he was REALLY sincere he would retract it now. Perhaps he is only waiting for the 'dust to settle' before it again sees the light of day. Wait till you see how US taxpayers are footing the bill for these projects and how they are manipulating all the MULTITUDE of governmental agencies to get essentially FREE money for their projects, from which the BANK makes a profit. Border XXI Geographic Regions


Note: Border XXI in Roman Numerals is 21 and matches UN's Agenda 21!


Conceptually, the idea behind the North American Union is the same as for the European Union. Strategically, the idea is to create large regional, unelected, unseen governance structures that can be managed by the social engineers of the United Nations creating a totalitarian One World Government by stealth [Both the North American Union and the European Union began with a 'trade' agreement].



To understand how this treason has occured right under our noses, one must go back to the Stockholm 1972 Declaration of the United Nations Conference on the Human Environment. This conference was headed up by Maurice Strong, a socialist from Canada.



A U.S.-Mexico Binational Commission was established in 1981. Presumably, they are the ones who crafted the La Paz Agreement that was signed by Ronald Reagan in 1983. It implemented the principles defined in the 1972 Declaration.



The agreement called for the establishment of a precisely defined border region ostensibly for the purpose of working cooperatively with Mexico to clean up the environment in the region. It called for the establishment of six working groups to cooperate in the areas of (1) water, (2), air, (3) hazardous and solid waste, (4) pollution prevention, (5) contingency planning and emergency response, and (6) cooperative enforcement and compliance.



It's important to understand that Number 6 is the harmonization of laws between the U.S. and Mexico. This was pre-planning for the disintegration of the border and the establishment of the North American Union.



Several other clauses in the La Paz Agreement were written to allow both funding and expansion of the areas of responsibility without the oversight of Congress.



In effect, this agreement internationalized significant areas in the United States putting them under a different legal structure with the right under an international agreement to expand into the territorial United States.(117)

Specifically covered is Indonesia which possesses enormous mineral wealth which has been co-opted by agreements between the lenders of the money and the corrupt regimes they have put in place. Indonesia is the perfect example to illustrate how the One World Order cabal functions because it is a country of vast mineral resources, a precursor to economic prosperity. Instead, Indonesia has devolved ever deeper into abject poverty because of the crushing debt and interest.(118)

A woman in South Africa warns those who remain cowed by the challenges ahead due to the overwhelming illegal alien invasion and the coming North American Union (NAU), both of which will force the elimination of our borders and sovereignty in complete defiance of 'We the People' our Constitution, Bill of Rights, and laws.



The woman, Gemma Meyer, sends the following warning to Americans:
