Seems I can't stop thinking about this thing.
Questions:
1) Who created it?
2) Who maintains it?
3) Who owns it?
4) We know it is being used to alter weather. Is it being used in Weather Wars? Such as that odd storm in Houston that Allison refers to?
5) Is it under the auspices of U.C. Berkeley who did the study on the Earth's Core, keeps track of Schumann's Resonance AND also created that Super Magnet 4(?) times earth's own magnetic field? Some other University?
6) Is it being used to cause Earthquakes?
7) Is it being used in conjunction with the Laser Tunnel Drilling Machine or the two Super Subs that America has?
8) Is it being used to cause all those Volcanos to erupt?

9) Did it create all those Typhoons experienced by Taiwan this year? And if so, do the Chinese own or control it?
10) Is it being used to force the Earth to manufacture (give up) its gold? Did you know that they discovered about 8 years ago that large, deep earth quakes along faults caused a roiling up of magma full of gold? 4 companies immediately funded further research. Is this the result?
11) Is it somehow related to Kent Steadman's 4.5 Terrawatt Maser (owned by Air Force)?
12) Is this being used to kill the Earth or to change its natural Cycles just as they have changed ours with the Gregorian Calendar (or whatever it is we use today)?
13) Is this connected to HAARP? (I believe that is a rhetorical question.)
14) Can airplanes traveling through here see this thing? Do they experience any instrument anomalies or have they been asked to do anything 'different' when reaching this area of the Pacific?
15) How does it relate to Chemtrails?

Anybody have any answers they'd like to share? Speculations? We are ALL really beginning to wonder.
