Tipster Phones In Location of Possible Chandra Body

Police plan to send cadaver-sniffing dogs Thursday morning to a southern Virginia parking lot, where a tipster said Chandra Levy's body might be found.

An anonymous call to the Washington, D.C., police's Levy case
hotline midday Wednesday told authorities that a female body could be found buried in a parking lot at Fort Lee, an Army
base near Richmond, and that one of them [sic] could be the
corpse of the missing 24-year-old intern.

If Levy's body is found, it would provide a gruesome finale to the mystery of the former federal intern's whereabouts. Investigators will arrive at the parking lot at 8 a.m. Thursday morning, Fox News has learned.

Military officials from the fort have already looked over the site and found nothing.

Police have received tips of nearly 80 bodies since the Levy missing-persons case began to attract major media attention. They would not elaborate why this report seemed more important.
