The legal action claims that the Stephen Barrett,
Robert Baratz and the above mentioned parties have
engaged in Mail Fraud, Wire Fraud, Perjury,
Subornation of Perjury, Extortion, Stalking, Terrorist
threats, Assault, Filing false police reports, Illegal
lobbying, Illegal influence of foreign government
officials and/or agencies, Trespass, Invasion of
Privacy, Web site tampering, Internet Spam,
Investigation without license, Violation of Civil
Rights & Free Speech, Interference with Right of Free
Speech and Association.

Although in a recent U.S. article Barrett proclaimed
that "I Am The Media" Dr.'s Stephen Barrett and Robert
Baratz, credentials have recently been seriously
questioned.

Barrett brags about his lawsuits, which are often
filed out of jurisdiction and are directed at those
who provide services for and support alternative
and integrative medical therapies.

One of his most recent suits filed in Canada against
Wayne Obie and Talk International et. al., for
defamation of character was filed in a court 150
miles from his residence, place of business and where
he was served.

A recent legal action against Dr. Joseph Mercola
http://www.drmercola.com of Illinois was withdrawn by
Barrett only days before Barrett was scheduled to
appear before the court.
