In their zeal to influence USA foreign policies, these two organizations via certain (CFR/TLC)leaders made great mistakes in our foreign polices:

(1) The give away of the Panama Canal to the PRC via Hutinson Whampoa Company.

Now the new generation of leaders (GAA) have close relations with the PRC and Russia. They are encourging critical trade-- as an example, Gerstner in the super computer sales, and Armstrong in missile technology transfers when he was CEO of Gm H.

Under Gerstner's leadrship IBM was 'CRIMINALLY CONVICTED BY THE USA" of selling supercomputers to Russia used in the designs of thermonuclear devices. IBM paid a $8.5M fine that was it. The Adminsitration did nothing else.

(2) The proliferation of the Projects called Echelon via the PRC with IBM's help. The "new (CFR/TLC)leaders like Gerstner, Armstrong and Akers or (GAA)" influenced the present Administration to make these mistakes. Akers was a past IBM CEO and now he is a partner with LEH.

(3) The setting up of private Echelon projects (like the one in Dominica) by the multi national corporations with the santions of the members by the TLC and CFR again by its members such as Louis Gerstner (IBM), Mike Armstrong (ATT), John Akers (LEH) etc seriously hurt the national security of the USA. Some of these organizational leaders (GAA) inadvertantly aided China set up bases in the Gilbert Islands and Guinea in Africa. The lack of cogent thinking by these business leaders are seriously threatening the security of the world.
