Several people have written with questions regarding the Wilcher Report. Since these people have questions, I am certain other people also have questions regarding this report.
I have decided to answer all the questiosn here.
Q.
I was wondering if you could give me information about Paul Wilcher's report.
Does your report have the last five pages of the report?
Please let me know if you still have the Paul Wilcher's report available before I send you via snail mail $10.
A.
My copy of the letter which Paul Wilcher tried to HAND DELIVER to Attorney General Janet Reno has 101 pages.
In the letter, Paul makes reference to page 105. Either that was a mistake, or he did not include the additional four pages in the letter he took to Attorney General Reno. The last page of the letter, page 101, appears to be the final page. If there were other pages, they had to be notes or possibly they were the four pages that ARE included in my version of the Report.
Gunther arranged for notes from a discussion/negotiation between FBI Director William Sessions and the Delta Group Force that went into Waco to kill everyone. The very last paragraph in the letter to Reno mentions immunity for 16 "black" operatives in exchange for their testimony about what really happened at Waco.
The three pages that Gunther arranged to have faxed to me has a headline that reads:
DISCUSSIONS WITH WILLIAM SESSIONS
The first item is:
Immunity for entire DGF team if the come forward re: Waco.
Since the theme of these discussions are in the same vein as the last paragraph in Paul's letter, I suspect that a similar presentation COULD have made up those missing 4 pages... IF they ever existed.
On the morning that Paul went to the Department of Justice to deliver the letter, he stopped by the home of a mutual friend, White House correspondent, Sarah McClendon.
Unknown to ANY of us, Paul left a copy of his 101 page letter WITH Ms. McClendon. If he had NOT done this, NO ONE in the public would KNOW about the Wilcher Report! The copy he left with Sarah is the copy from which ALL copies of the report were made.
About a year and a half after Paul was murdered, Sarah called me and asked me if I would like to have the documents Paul had given her on my husband, Gunther's case.
I almost said no because I HAVE everything Paul ever wrote about Gunther's case. He wrote at least a 1,000 pages for the House and Senate October Surprise Taskforce. Something caught me before I said no and I told her to send everything.
When the package arrived, it was no more than a half inch thick. I KNEW that it had to be something other than the October Surprise material. NOTHING Paul wrote about October Surprise was ONLY a half inch thick.
I quickly opened the envelope and almost fainted!
In my hand I held what I believed was the only surviving letter to Janet Reno. Paul was murdered for the knowledge he had about the contents of the letter.
Gunther, Paul and I had many brushes with death during the years Gunther was in prison. But ALL of us had survived the Bush years. Paul was murdered during the Clinton administration. With the Clinton body count growing larger every day, I was afraid that my name would soon be appearing on the list if they discovered I had a COPY of Paul's letter to Janet Reno.
I didn't know what to do. Gunther was still in prison, but this time, he was in prison in Austria. The only way I could talk to him was over the telephone or via mail. I was afraid that my mail and phone calls to him were still being monitered, so I said NOTHING to him about my predicament.
After "sitting" on the Wilcher letter for months, I put it in a grocery bag and went to visit a girlfriend. I had called her earlier and told her that I had some papers on the Federal Reserve Banking System that she wanted, and I asked if we could have lunch and then go to her husband's office and copy them. We went to a local restaurant and sat in a corner booth. One of the ones with the round bench seats.
There in the restaurant, on the bench seat, out of the line of site of anyone who might have been watching me, I showed her what I had.
She understood INSTANTLY the danger I was in as long as the report was the ONLY one in existence -- besides the one the Justice Department had. We exchanged "knowing" looks and quickly started discussing the Federal Reserve material that we were going to copy. Both of us knew what we would REALLY be copying!
We did not discuss the letter during our lunch. We had discussed it many times before, wondering what Paul could have put in it. I knew he had gotten his information from Gunther and Gunther's men, but I did NOT know what Gunther had told him.
We went to her husband's office and made 20 copies of the letter. She took 10 and I took 10.
We each mailed a copy of the report -- anonymously -- to organizations which we hoped would copy and distribute them to many different people.
When I finally saw that the Militia of Montana had put the letter in their catalog, I knew that there were now enough of the letters in circulation that I could openly start talking about it without fearing I would be killed.
I sent out a notice to the subscribers of Rumor Mill News that I had the letter Paul Wilcher had tried to deliver to Janet Reno. In addition to the letter Paul wrote, I had a copy of his death certificate, and a three page report from Gunther which outlined a discussion he and his men had with FBI Director William Sessions.
The discussion with Sessions had to have taken place BEFORE Paul was murdered... IF I am correct that the missing four pages were about the discussion with Sessions.
Sessions was forced out of his office, at gun point, one month after the discovery of Paul's body. Sessions was forced out ONE DAY before Vince Foster was murdered!
I have often wondered if Sessions was removed to keep him from investigating the murder of Foster, or to keep him from investigating the REAL reason behind WACO!
Remember, Sessions was PREVENTED from going to Waco to settle the stand-off. Sessions had been a City Councilman in Waco. He knew the Sheriff and the Sheriff KNEW David Koresh. Gunther was certain Sessions could have prevented the carnage at Waco. But Sessions was NOT allowed to go. Gunther said the Clinton Administration "forcibly" restrained him.
In one of the first conversations Gunther had with Sessions and his wife, immediately after Gunther was released from prison, Gunther asked Alice Sessions how they were doing. She replied, "We're just trying to stay alive." Gunther responded, "Yeah, Raye and I know the feeling."
When I put Paul's letter together as a book, I needed to call it something, so I named it THE WILCHER REPORT, and created a cover page.
