Looked up Obergon and found this at Dan Winter. I hope it is all right to post it. (If not, let me know. I'll erase) It is fascinating! As though I'd walked through the Looking Glass. Herein lies all the strings attached to Lincoln and Bagent's "Holy Blood, Holy Grail" series. Indeed, the answers to their questions seemed to leap off the page out of your writing! One begins to think one KNOWS what Father Saunier found!
One more odd thing: Today, before I read this, I was speaking with a friend, who suddenly in the middle of a conversation began talking about the Library of Alexandria and how he did not believe that all of the books within it were burned. Rather that someone would have secreted them away. And that others undoubtedly KNEW where they were and what they contained.
It was an odd statement out of character to the conversation. I had never heard of such a thing and found his reference to it strange, as though he'd lost himself for a moment.
Then tonight, I read herein your reference to this same fact! Pardon me, but it 'blew me away'. Your Obergon Chronicles appear to be VERY dynamic...seem to have a life of their own.
Certainly your point about channelers is well founded. However, have you considered that perhaps, those who think they are programming others by projecting voices into their minds ARE THEMSELVES PROGRAMMED in order to accomplish another goal? And that you have agreed, on some level, to assist in this goal?

You are, after all, dealing with different energies here: Sure there may be what we call 'the bad guys' but maybe they, for all of their careful planning, are just ignorant dupes. Pawns to the real goal of mankind waking from its slumber.Casteneda would call them the 'petty tyrants' and say that we must learn to 'thank them' for prodding our recalcitrant minds into 'waking up'. Certainly you've grown immeasurably from your own experiences. And it was the fact that they were terrifying and continue to be, that at least partially, has caused your own amazing mental and spiritual acuity. No?
Suffice it to say, judging by this little snippet below, the Obergon Chronicles may be of extreme import in the troubled days ahead. I can't help but think that they would facilitate the awakening of many people. NOT to some new religion, but to their own Internal power!

"We are known to you as the Sylph Kingdom, and I am the Sylph King, SK
for short. We are the beings who volunteered to come to the Terran School
and hold the protective atmosphere while the souls attending school
developed. I and my kind have been in service to humanity since the moment
the earth school was established. We are the guardians of the airways - we
are the force behind the wind - we are the spirit of the wind - the carriers
of
the Holy Spirit - the transporters of the Christ Consciousness - the directors
of the rays. We conduct the energy streams that flow to the earth from the
celestial realm. We orchestrate and regulate the flow of energies to the
planet
and to individuals. In other words - We deliver the goods.

The Sylph King on "Elementals"

"Time has no barriers and therefore cannot be measured if one is inside of it.
And since this is the case for all of us who are concerned with this story,
let
us simply say that in the beginning, when it came time for our Creator to
make the material and spiritual worlds, He also created a specie of beings
whom He called Protectors of Humankind. These Protectors formed many
different "subspecies" and each "subspecie" was assigned a different task. The
"subspecie" that was assigned to Earth consisted of the Angelic Kingdom of
World Servers.

"This kingdom was divided into five subkingdoms - one kingdom to rule over
each of the elements and a proud umbrella of powerful angelic beings to
work with each kingdom as the need arose. All humans fall within one or
more of the kingdoms, and therefore have one or more of the "subspecies"
of the Protectors of Humankind protecting them.

"The Sylphs rule over the kingdom of "air." Our domain starts where the earth
and the ocean meet the sky. In addition to everything else we do, we protect
those who travel in airships.

"The Salamanders are the spirits of fire and gasses. Pele is their ruler. They
have the power to bring about great change and transformation. They are the
patrons of the alchemists. They are the hardest task masters. Honor
Salamanders, make them your friends.

"The Gnomes are the protectors of the Mother Planet, Terra. They nurture and
care for Terra. They are like her ladies in waiting and her footmen. Gnomes
work with certain humans who have an affinity for the preservation of
balance within the Mother. To successfully work with the Kingdom of the
Gnomes, a human must be able to sense energy fields, ley lines, weather
patterns, crop cycles, animal migration and magnetic energy, both in the earth
and the animal kingdom, including humans.

"The Undines are the spirits of the sea. Their ruler is Tritone, (Tri-tunny)
and
very strident is she. She is the second hardest of the taskmasters. Do not
trifle
with Tritone. Not only does she rule the seas, but she rules the emotions. She
can turn you upon yourself just as the sea turns upon itself.

"Each human has an affinity with one or more of the elements. Usually the
combination is one easy kingdom and one difficult one. But those who have
chosen to walk a path of rapid awakening usually have the spirits of fire and
water as their teachers....i.e.; two hard taskmasters to speed up the learning
process.

"The kingdom that oversees all of these "subspecies" or "subkingdoms", is the
gentle Angelic kingdom. This kingdom is made from the essences of the
souls who are studying upon the earth. These essences are so fine and lovely
that they seem to be a separate kingdom, totally removed from the crass beings
that are upon the planet. But they are the best part of the humans who are
attending the Terran school, and as such, they serve the humans and offer
love,
healing and help whenever they are called on. Each human has his own
Guardian angel, which is made from a piece of his own soul that has never
incarnated in a material form.

However, all angels help all humans. If your Guardian Angel is unavailable,
which has never been the case, but just to calm your questioning mind, know
in your heart that you will be served just as well by the Angel on Duty (the
AD).

"All the kingdoms are upon the planet to serve the planet and the humans in
the Terran school. Call upon us when you need us. We love you. SK"

More Thoughts on Elementals from the Sylph King
"The elemental spirits of water are Undines. "Their ruler is Tritone
(TRI-tunney). Tritone is the mother of Athena and also the "Sacred Mother"
of all Undines. She was the first of the elemental water spirits to travel to
Terra. She and her two sisters formed the sacred lake Tritonis in what is now
Libya. It was out of this lake that the first elemental life forms developed,
hence, the Athena legend.

"The legend of Tritone, in regards to the sea, was stolen by the Greeks and
Tritone became Triton, the male God of the Sea.

"The Undines are the spirits of the sea.
Their ruler is Tritone...
A strident taskmaster is she.

"She is the second hardest of the taskmasters. Do not trifle with
Tritone. Not only does she rule the seas, she rules the emotions. She can
turn you upon yourself just as the sea can turn upon itself.

The Sylph King Speaks about the Lessons of
The "Elementals" and Ancient Initiations

"The ancient mystery schools taught the adepts to overcome their fear of
Elementals through the various initiations, such as the initiation by fire,
i.e.,
trial by fire. Most humans fear the Elementals and you can never get an
elemental to work for you if you are afraid of it.

"People who fear water (Undines). fire (Salamanders), heights (Sylphs) or
caves and small spaces (Gnomes) cannot successfully command the
Elementals. Different human weaknesses fall under the rule of a different
elemental kingdoms.

"A person who cannot control his passions, whether they be sexual or
substantive, (alcohol, food, drugs, etc.) is at the mercy of the Salamanders.
One who is driven by greed and the desire to acquire material wealth cannot
control the Gnomes. Gnomes can only be controlled with cheerful generosity.
(Remember the lesson on "The Importance of Greed." If you haven't read it,
please do so.)

"The Undines are ruled with firmness, the Salamanders with placidity, the
Sylphs with constancy and the Gnomes with cheerful generosity. The opposite
of these traits, in a human being, can be the undoing of that human.

"The elementals are here to assist the human in his lessons. If a human is in
need of tutoring in a specific area, the Elemental becomes the harsh
taskmaster
who pushes the human through the lesson. It may appear as if the Elemental is
evil or angry, but all that is needed to change the Elemental from your enemy
to your friend is the knowledge of how to control him; i.e. firmness,
placidity,
constancy or generosity."

The Origin of the Sylph King's Information
The Sylph King's tale and his information came from The Obergon
Chronicles. The "Tale" is one of five biographical stories and numerous
writings received between 1981 and 1992 by Rayelan Allan. At the time
Rayelan was receiving these stories, she believed she was in contact with
ascended masters, angelic beings, or some other cosmic representative of our
Lord and Creator.

After Rayelan married Navy Captain Gunther Russbacher, ONI and CIA; she
was confronted with a reality she had not yet explored. Conversations with
her husband and with his boss, a four star Admiral, made her realize that a
lot
of channeled information was not coming from representatives of God. She
was told that through various techniques of mind control, human based
organizations were trying to shape "the thought of the world" by tapping into
a human longing to know the Truth.

She was told that certain groups had long understood how powerful religions
of the past had successfully controlled human thought for ages. These groups
realized that modern day religions could no longer be used by them to
introduce new ideas and ways of controlling humanity. Religions of today
have their holy books written down and preserved. Not only this, most
followers of modern day religions can read the Holy Books and interpret the
scriptures for themselves. Even though it can be done, it is not easy to
distort
or misinterpret the Holy Books in today's world, especially in the advanced
first world countries where everyone can own and read the religious texts by
themselves.

Because of this, the groups who wish to use religion to control the masses
realized that they needed to introduce NEW religious dogma to the world
through modern day prophets, which they would create through new
technologies that can make people "hear voices" in their heads.

The information that they would transmit, would be created in their think
tanks. It would then be transmitted to their chosen receivers i.e. "Prophets"
through various techniques that fall under the heading of "mind control".

Rayelan was told about several New Age channels who are receiving their
information from New World Order think tanks. She was also told about a
group of people who were working to oppose the New World Order. She was
told that these people are also employing similar techniques to get their
information to the public, but their intent is to raise the consciousness of
humanity, not prepare humanity to be willing slaves and servants to a new
world order and new world religion.

Rayelan was never directly told that her information came from devices that
can transmits words and voices into the human brain. However, knowing
that she has been married to two high level government employees who were
involved with Electronic Warfare and mind control, it is now her belief that
The Obergon Chronicles were transmitted to her through a form of voice to
skull electronic transmission.

Her husband, Gunther had owned a CIA proprietary business in Houston,
close to NASA headquarters. His company was called "Space Based Designs."
It's cover story was that it produced space saving office furniture, but
in fact,
it was engaged in research and development as well as the application of
stolen
NASA technology to meet earth and human needs.

One such NASA creation that has been adapted for use on earth is called
"Space Based Telepathy". This is a means of putting words and thoughts
directly into the heads of Astronauts. This is one of the devices that has
been
linked to the recent plethora of new age channels.

Rayelan's late husband John, had been a professor of physics at the Naval
Postgraduate School. In this capacity, he developed the Electrical Warfare
program. One aspect of this program was the creation of electronic frequencies
which can influence a human's mental or emotional state making an enemy
terrified, disoriented or hopeless and suicidal. During the Persian Gulf War,
the newspapers reported that the Iraqi soldiers were surrendering in droves.
Speculation has always been that these Iraqi soldiers were "beamed" with
mind altering radio waves.

Knowing that she had been married to two men who had connections to
electronic mind control techniques, she became certain that the messages she
had received for years were a product of this technique rather than messages
from ascended masters. When she confronted her husband, Gunther with her
feelings, he responded that it didn't matter where the information came from
if
it was true. She then asked him how he knew it was true. He told her that
there
were "vast libraries" of information regarding the history of the earth and
the
universe that had not been released to humanity because the time wasn't right
to do so. He went on to say that the group with whom he worked, used various
New Age Channels to release the part of this work that they felt would not
damage the psyche of the world. He said they only had a short amount of time
to wake up humanity to the reality of what and who they are.

Rayelan tried to press him for more information. She was unable to do so. He
fell asleep. She later was told that Gunther had built-in programs to control
how much information he could release. If he came too close to releasing
something that was still highly classified, he would begin to ramble
nonsense and then fall asleep. She was never able to have him confirm the
source for the information that is contained in the Obergon Chronicles.

While Gunther and Rayelan were in Austria, at a Templar Lodge, which had
been in Gunther's family for over six hundred years, she was told that the
Templars have huge underground libraries full of information that is slowly
being released to the public.... as they are ready for it. Even though she was
not told out right that these "vast libraries" were the source of the
information
contained in the Obergon Chronicles, she assumes that they are.

While Rayelan was at the lodge, she talked extensively with various men, who
discussed the Templars, King Soloman's Temple, the hermetically sealed
chambers below the temple, the original "settlers" from the Sirius Tristar
system, and the Templar Library which was exhumed from the chambers
below the Temple. The Templars built their stable over the temple to hide
what they were doing and to make it easy to transport the library, the gold
and
the birth records of the royal House of David, back to Europe without being
detected.

The library was taken back to Europe, most of it was stored in the Cathar
region of France, however, as the demise of the Templars was nearing, the
library was moved to the salt mines near Salzburg, Austria.

While Rayelan was talking with this man about the library, he told her that it
contained many of the manuscripts and scrolls that were in the Library of
Alexandria when it burned. He also told her that much of what is in it, is
technology that was brought to the planet by the original "settlers". This
technology has been hidden because the human spirit is not advanced enough
to use it responsibly. This man also told her that the Obergon Chronicles were
true historical records of some of the early "Settlers" to the planet earth.

Story Four, from THE OBERGON CHRONICLES

THE SYLPH KING'S TALE

PROLOGUE
This tale is being told because it is time to understand that sometimes
enemies are not evil. Sometimes they are just unaware that what they are doing
is harming other people. Once humans are made aware of this, it is hard for
them to hate or condemn because they understand the soul did not act out of
hate, revenge or any of the other negative emotions, the soul acted out of
ignorance.

However, ignorance is no excuse to allow the soul to continue doing what it is
doing. The offending soul still needs to be dealt with. The human cannot
ignore the actions of an "unaware" and potentially dangerous soul. Human
compassion has given rise to countless tragedies and atrocities. Human
forgiveness has allowed abused, "child abusers", (pedophiles) to go free so
they can abuse again. If this kind of "bleeding heart compassion" were applied
at a soul or universal level, there would be chaos and destruction throughout
he
universe.

On a soul level, "dispassion" must take precedence over "compassion". The
offending soul must be dealt with, no matter the cost or time expenditure.
The offending soul must be made aware that is harming other beings. Once
this information is conveyed and understood by the offending soul, it can
immediately redress the situation and return things to the way they were.
Until
the time that the "offending soul" understands what it is doing, it is kept
isolated so it cannot harm any more souls.

Isolation and "truth ambassadors" will usually work to wake up a soul that has
been ignorant of what its actions were doing to other souls. However, if the
soul has become so damaged and perverted that it cannot be saved, then the
Creative Force of the Universe must "absorb" the offending entity,
neutralize
its perversions and distortions, and then dilute the entity's power by
dispersing it throughout the entire universe.
