I agree there's strong indication our "officials" and others were thinking pretty seriously of ways to reduce population size.

I agree there's ample reason to believe they'd be capable of acting on those thoughts, without ever admitting it to us.

However - that's not yet proof that what they were thinking of doing is actually what they did, and that "AIDS" is the result.

Reason: There are 65+ known "false positive triggers" for the so-called "HIV tests". Even one such trigger, not accounted for in diagnostic procedures, would throw everything into doubt.

Sixty-five such triggers means, "We have no idea what any statistics mean, and no real idea what it is they're telling us when they talk about infection rates or spread of the disease or which country is now in the biggest trouble."

Here's an alternate hypothesis:

The condition named "AIDS" has to do with enironmental poolutants, most notably BENZENE compounds, PESTICIDES - 500 new chemicals are introduced every year - ASPARTAME - CHLORINE - FLUORIDE - VACCINES - INTERNAL COMBUSTION EXHAUSTS - RELEASES FROM INDUSTRY - and other PHARMACEUTICAL DRUGS.

Ever since Margaret Heckler announced, "The LIKELY cause of AIDS has been found..." we've been fed "news" that has been aligned with the orthodox LIKELY hypothesis - yet now, 16 devastating years later, we've still not been given any proof that a microcritter called "harmless" by Duesberg but dubbed "Human Immune-deficiency Virus" by the orthodoxy, has anything at all to do with the development of the Syndrome named "AIDS".

Meanwhile, the orthodoxy continues to use the proven-faulty "HIV tests", and to pronounce ultimate death sentences and administer some truly dreadful drugs, based on the apparent outcome of those tests.

And other friendly and authoritative voices, such as W.H.O. (who wouldn't lie to us, would they?) continue to deliver ESTIMATES of the number of infected folks in various countries around the world. Their official pronouncements possibly have the same effect as Nixon's "declaring war on cancer" 28 years ago - it opens the floodgates of funding (etc.), for extreme and unusual circumstances.

So let's back up:

Perhaps the first cases of GRID appeared, pursuant to Hepatitis B vaccination programs in largely gay sub-culture populations of certain metropolitan centers.

Perhaps rather than admit the VACCINATIONS were the source or triggering vector in GRID (intentionally or accidentally), "They" reasoned, "We can't let this be known, or massive lawsuits will follow - but perhaps we have an opportunity, here. Glaxo has a drug sitting on the shelf that's been deemed too dangerous for use on cancer patients, and they've been wondering what they could use it for. Let's buy stock in Glaxo, and also Trojans while we're at it, and tell people we don't know the cause of GRID, then later tell them it has nothing to do with us but is a wild virus or something..."

Meanwhile (or perhaps seen as a bonus by some), this effectively shattered the solidarity and growing political clout of the "gay community", neutralizing it - or at least, neutralizing the force and intent of "real gays" at the grassroots level, while leaving the door open for "people who could work for 'OUR AGENDA' by appearing to represent the gay community" (as with the real environmentalists, the real women's rights folks, etc.)

And perhaps then "They" thought: "Ooh, this is really good - it provides a way for us to infiltrate EVERY COUNTRY ON EARTH on the premise of a PUBLIC HEALTH CALAMITY! Eventually we might be able to SELL DRUGS and even a "preventive medicine" VACCINE to EVERY HUMAN BEING ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH FOR GENERATIONS TO COME!"

And meanwhile - the fear of "death by sex" has worked to reduce population increase to some degree; and has worked also to DIVIDE AND CONQUER BY MAKING HUMAN BEINGS FEARFUL OF ONE ANOTHER.

BUT - perhaps the truth is this: "AIDS" is the result of an overload of man-made chemical pollutants, combined with foods that are nutritionally-poor, resulting in an individual inability to detoxify from those pollutants. Period.

If _that_ should be true, and we found it out, several huge and very profitable industries - AGRIBUSINESS, OIL / LATEX / PESTICIDES, PHARMACEUTICALS, etc. - would tremble.
