I belong to many different mailing lists. This is how I keep up to date on a lot of subtle change going on in the world. Yesterday I received an email from one of the mailing list that talked about "The Red List". I put it in the class of "FEAR MONGERING", and was just about to delete it when I saw my name and the name of Rumor Mill News. Here is what caught my attention:

When I saw this, I realized that the writer was using Rumor Mill News to justify or confirm his FEAR MONGERING.

I am including the article I wrote and sent to the entire mailing list that received the first email -- There will be a few updates posted once I receive the information I have requested. If you are interested in Pandora's Box -- stay tuned, I will soon tell you where you can buy a copy.

This enclosed email which talks about the Red List is FEAR MONGERING!!

I, Rayelan Allan, the publisher of Rumor Mill News have NEVER subscribed to FEAR MONGERING and I have never personally posted anything on my webpage -- Rumor Mill News -- that smacks of this kind of FEAR MONGERING!

The Rumor Mill News Forum is a public Forum -- I neither censor nor approve the messages that go up there. I also do not necessarily agree with everything that is posted on the RMNews Forum. The type of FEAR MONGERING that is evoked by mention of the RED LIST is something I have been living with since 1984.

At that time I was a RAVING Liberal who believed that we must do anything and everything to get rid of nuclear weapons. I was part of the NUCLEAR FREEZE movement. Before then I had been active in GREENPEACE and many other Liberal and/or radical movements. My name was certainly on any LIST that was out there at that time.

In particular I had made myself known as a PEST with a capital "P" to the Reagan Administration. I helped point out to the world that the Reagan Administration's Foreign Policy was formulated by Armageddonist Christians who believed that Armageddon would come in our lifetime. To insure that it would, these members of the Reagan Administration were manipulating foreign policy in such a way as to insure the end they wished.

In 1984 it was hard to get your ideas out to the world because ALL media was controlled by the people we now call the NWO. In spite of this, the information that our group gathered was sent to every radio, television, newspaper and magazine IN THE WORLD!!!

Because of what our group did, I am certain that we came to the attention of the Reagan Administration.

At this time, our culture was so "backward" that most people did not have fax machines, and Al Gore hadn't yet invented the Internet. The only way we received information was via telephone, mail or personal meetings. There were also a few radio shows on Free-Speech public broadcast radio stations that told the truth. These stations have now been censored by the Clinton administration and they no longer have FREE SPEECH -- they have POLITICALLY CORRECT SPEECH.

However, at this time, in 1984, no matter HOW DIFFICULT it was -- the FEAR MONGERING RUMORS still circulated.

At that time the ones that ran the worst chills up and down the spines of ACTIVISTS LIKE ME were the following:

1. There are concentration camps being set up for all the Liberal activists.

2. There are railroad cars fitted with shackles waiting to take us away

3. There are lists with all the names of the activists on them

4. The RED LIST is the worst -- If you are on it -- YOU ARE DEAD!!!

5. Guillotines have been imported from France -- All ACTIVISTS WILL BE BEHEADED

6. Huge pits are being dug where they will bury the bodies -- Diesel fuel will be used to burn them because diesel masks the smell of burning flesh

7. Those that are not on the Red List will be used as slave laborers

8. Some will be put through "Re-education Camps" if it is deemed they can be saved.

These are the types of FEAR MONGERING tactics that were used in 1984. The same old worn out tactics were brought out retyped and re-released during the seige on Ruby Ridge. They were re-released during WACO and again during the Freeman's standoff in Montana --

In the 90's the FEAR MONGERING messages weren't aimed at the Liberal Community -- they were aimed at Patriots, Christians and Conservatives.

It is my belief that this type of FEAR MONGERING tactic is run by some low level operative probably employed as a contract agent by the CIA.

The purpose of Fear Mongering is to strike such fear into the hearts and minds of ACTIVISTS -- of any persuasion -- that a large majority of these activists will sit back, do nothing, and cause the government NO TROUBLE.

In other words, the technique is similar to the no trespassing sign that shows a picture of a snarling Doberman. If you think there is a big dog that is going to eat you, you don't trespass. If you scare someone badly enough, they will LEAVE YOU ALONE!

I have never understood how people who truly belive in God can succomb to these kinds of fear tactics. If you believe in GOD and if you believe you are doing what God sent you to earth to do, then you KNOW that whatever happens to you is part of God's PLAN for you.

This doesn't mean that you shouldn't take care to keep things from happening to you.

When certain people in the Bush Administration put a "HIT ORDER" out on me, I took the necessary steps to insure that I would not be killed. I got a "dog" that was bigger and meaner than theirs... (in the form of a bodyguard who had taught many of the assassins and recon types the techniques they use.) I armed myself and I went into hiding.

I also had my husband, Gunther's special operations team surrounding me and protecting me. Because of this, I survived seven different attempts to kill me.

During this time, I KNEW there were "hit orders" out on me. Each time I started my car I wondered if a car bomb would explode. Each time I walked out of my front door I wondered if a bullet would splatter my brains. At night I wondered if an assassin would kill me as I slept.

I lived every minute of my life on high alert, not knowing if the boyscouts who were selling newspaper subscriptions were merely "front men" for the "hit man" --

Or if the Girl Scouts who were selling cookies had special "poisoned cookies" just for me.

I learned to use my God Given Intuition, good common sense, heightened perceptions, and evasive manuevers taught to me by my associates who all had backgrounds in special operations.

In other words, I used tactics that each and everyone of us can learn or develop. Common sense, self discipline and awareness are the main ingredients of these tactics. The CIA operatives and agents that I know often say, "Paranoia is what keeps me live. It heightens my senses."

The one thing that took FEAR out of the picture for me was my unshakable belief that I am DIVINELY PROTECTED by God. I have NO CRACKS in this belief. There is no place where doubt can slip in!

I KNOW my Father and I are BEST FRIENDS. I KNOW that while I may not always have done the things HE wanted me to do, I KNOW He has always LOVED ME, GUIDED ME AND PROTECTED ME! And I KNOW that what I am doing NOW is EXACTLY WHAT HE WANTS ME TO BE DOING AT THIS TIME!!

Therefore -- there is NO WAY that any kind of fear can have an affect on the work I do. This does NOT mean that I walk through the world blindly! This means that I use THE GOD GIVEN METHODS that have worked in the past to keep me safe. For example:

I don't meet with strangers without bringing a "security detail" that blends into the surroundings, but stays close enough to insure they can intercede if needed.

I do not accept food from "suspect" people -- and anyone I haven't known since childhood is "suspect."

When I am out with new acquitances, I am careful to make sure nothing is put in my food.

I have had LSD and knock out drops put in my food and drink. Now I am more careful.

I have given these personal examples just to show you that if you think you are in danger, there are things you can do to help God take care of you. Don't expect Him to do all the work. My lawyer and friend, the late Paul Wilcher, expected God to DO ALL THE WORK -- Paul is dead now -- He didn't take the normal procedures I take. If he had, it would have been a lot harder for them to kill him, as it was, it appears he walked into their death trap with open arms.

The type of FEAR MONGERING that is represented in the following email has been around since 1984. It may have been around since the turn of the century, but I first ran across it in 1984. It hasn't changed much since that time. Some of the alerts are almost identical to the ones that came out in 1984. The only thing that is different is instead of arriving in your mail box, they show up in your EMAIL BOX!

The main reason I decided to respond to this is because Rumor Mill News was used to validate this type of FEAR MONGERING -- and I definitely DO NOT VALIDATE IT!!

The last point I shall make --

If the government is after you -- you can take to the mountains and live the rest of your life off nature. Or you can continue doing your work.

If you choose to stay and fight, just make sure you don't do anything that will openly and knowingly break the law.

In other words, if you are a labeled a "trouble maker", don't stop paying your taxes or you will go to prison for tax evasion as did the author of the first book on oxygen therapy. It wasn't the book that put him in prison, it was his actions against the IRS that put him in prison!

If you are an activist, make sure you always obey the speed limit, make sure your driver's license is up to date and your car registration is current. Don't have brake lights or tail lights out. Don't do what Tim McVeigh did and drive without a license plate.

In my case, I kept a gun by the side of my bed locked and loaded and ready for bear. I knew the men who wanted me dead weren't going to send in a SWAT team. I knew they were going to send in an assassin. I felt that my training could handle an assassin, and since I survived seven different attempts to kill me, I guess I was right.

However, I know there is nothing I can do against a government SWAT team. One nine millimeter can't do a lot against a bullet proofed team armed with the most sophisticated weapons known to man.

There is nothing I can do, by myself, against a government raid. WACO taught us all this lesson. Therefore, am I going to sit and worry each day that I may be on the RED LIST? Am I supposed to wring my hands and wail that I am going to be the next one picked up or burned to death?

I have decided that I cannot live my life in fear. Fear will keep you frozen and incapable of fulfilling the plan God sent you to earth to fulfill. Therefore, I choose to put to NO energy whatsoever in the FEAR MONGERING SCARE TACTICS of the low level operatives who continue to dredge up and spread worn out fear tactics intended to siderail you and keep you mired in a pit of fear.

These tactics have been around since the beginning of civilization. The only thing different about them is the mode of delivery.

The best defense against the government coming in and carting you off to the concentration camps is to keep a high profile. While your actions might get you arrested, especially if you choose to protest the WTO, your high profile will probably keep you alive.

I state once again --

One last item --

There are government operatives who know for SURE that they are on lists. These people are exempt from what I have said above. They live in a a different world than the rest of us. They also know what they must do to stay alive. They also know that if they can stay alive long enough for an administration to change or an enemy to lose his job, they can be "sanitized" or "rehabilitated" and put back to work.

Regarding PANDORA'S BOX

The information given in the following email is just flat out wrong and NUTS!!

How do I know? I have Pandora I and Pandora II -- and If anyone wants a copy of them -- I can give you the email address where you can get them.

They are NOT suppressed or banned by the government. It is simply hard to get books like that published when you are a single person without a huge fortune.

I do not believe books like this would be in a library or in the Library of Congress -- My book on Diana is NOT in most libraries or in the Library of Congress, but it is still for sale, it has not been suppressed, and it contains information every bit as explosive as the information in Pandora's Box!!!

When you see stuff like the email below -- just ignore it because it is crap!! It is only designed to spread fear.
