The Hebrew word for seed is se-ra, meaning "this is evil". As I have often stated the "evil" is inside everything - and we as humans have to find our course inmidst the "good" and the "bad". There wouldn't be good without evil. By these means you have to understand the deeds of the Kings of the 10 tribes as well. They weren't "doing evil" (Ahab in the "58th" year=13!!, Isebel-his wife) - they are archetypical symbols for the symbolical archetype of the term "evil" - making it possible for the "good" things to occur (Remember, that during Ahab's reign the prophets Elia, Elisha, Obadia did appear!...).
