It was widely reported that Isreal's PM Olmert confirmed that Isreal has those maybe-nukes during his visit in Germany (watch the convinient timing with Ahmadinejad's Holocaust Conference). As it was always important "not to have them" officially and legally - because Isreal's ongoing financial aid from the US (since 1929 100 Billion US$s) would have been in danger - loosing it by legal means too easy. Olmert's "error" (it was NO ERROR at all) could be simply another indicator that a change is pending FEDwise. So Isreal's regieme hasn't got to loose anything anymore and moreover they are hellofa glad to SHOW THEIR MUSCELS FINALLY and quit the "ambiguity" game...
