THERE'S A BIG PROBLEM WITH THE LEO WANTA & AMERITRUST GROUPE STORY
Mr. Christopher Story has been reporting on the "Leo Wanta story" for about six months or so, making some extremely strong allegations about the frauds being perpetrated against Mr. Wanta by the Bush Administration and the recently-appointed Secretary of the Treasury, former Goldman, Sachs CEO Henry Paulson. He has consistently published the following information as being relevant to the status of Mr. Wanta's plans for repatriating the allegedly diverted trillions of U.S. dollars which are supposed to be made availalble to him and his corporation by a court decision and an executive agreement.
Here is the relevant information:
"Ambassador Leo Emil Wanta: Diplomatic Passport Numbers 04362 & 12535 a.k.a. Frank B. Ingram [FBI] (Sector V) SA32NV; and a.k.a. Rick Reynolds, SA233MS. AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc: Federal EIN Number 20-3866855; Virginia State Corporation Identification Number: 0617454-4; Virginia State Department of Taxation Identification Number: 30203866855F001"
As of today, December 8th, the Clerk of the State Corporation Commission in Virginia reports that AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc., lost its corporate status in October of 2006, for "failure to pay the necessary fees" and for "failure to file an annual report."
The officers of AmeriTrust Groupe were identified as being Leo E. Wanta, Steve Goodwin, and Michael C. Cottrell.
Whatever is really happening, and Mr. Story's stories may be more right than wrong, the AmeriTrust Groupe does not now exist as a corporation in the Commonwealth of Virginia. It does have five years, however, to reinstate its corporate status by filing the required annual report and paying its fees.
