thats GHWB of BEING HONEST- if people *don't hear it* then they
deserve what they get... that is his way of TELLING things - knowing people won't "hear it" so he can justify what is going on at any given time...
shows he has a smidge of humanity left in him, really.
if he'd RIGHT HIS WRONGS it would be a whole lot better.
