Today Russian Pretzi Putin was holding his annual nationally televised question-and-answer session in Moscow on telephone.
Barred by Russia's constitution from running for another term, he stated among other answers that he expects to play a further important role in governmental policy after his leave from office in 2008...
"Despite the fact that I like my job, the constitution doesn't allow me to run a third time in a row," he told one questioner in the three-hour, nationally televised broadcast.

While addressing the Russian nation in the live broadcast Vladimir Putin said that he owned a number of cellular phones all of which did not work.
"I have a lot of cell phones, but none of them works. I just don’t have enough time for this," Putin was quoted as saying.
