A rosebush got me yesterday. Ripped a nice gash in my arm. I came inside and painted it with a new product called "NewSkin" It's an antiseptic bandage that you paint on the wound like nail polish.
I noticed that the bandage looks more like spreading airplane glue over your arm than anything antiseptic. After reading what you wrote, I now realize that the smell I was smelling all night was something similar to nail polish. Oil of cloves was added to the mix. I guess to try to mask the smell of nail polish.
I'm not complaining. It worked immediately. Stopped the bleeding instantly and I will bet there won't even be a scar.
It seems that someone knew the same trick you knew and has already marketed it!!
