South Dakota has a constitution amendment on our November Ballot on Judicial Accountability.
The opposition has a million dollar kitty to keep it from passing... the kitty is from criminals, Judges, lawyers, insurance companies, banks... etc

Yes ... I support radical legislation by extremeists from California who want to make my fellow South Dotans, who serve on a jury or citizen board vulnerable by giving criminals and plaintiffs with a grudge the power to go after them personally.
No..X... LEAVE THE CONSTITUTION AS IS.
