In Response To: CHINA PROPOSES FIVE STEPS (StClair)

Step five builds insurance that the problem will not come again. AFTER.., borders secure..., AFTER...., realignment of borders into separate areas which would also entail large construction projects simular to the New Palistine Project..., Jerusalem as open city etc. This would create pockets of Palistinians, and pockets of Israelis, not completely separate areas. In other words...., turn it into 'Brooklyn'. The size of projects giving everyone something to look forward to. An international area in vacinity of Aqaba would help also. Wise, what ro reveal and what to conceal, for China to hold back on this aspect. Sure, (well fairly), China TALKing this in back diplomatic rooms. Making US and Briton look sick. Saudi Arabia, Jordon, Egypt and Isreal to give up some land for project. Would be hard to imposssible for small pockets to war against each other. Donovan
