The CIA SCAMSTERS BROKE THE RULES and they got caught.
They got caught in their schemeing and scamming to bankrupt the gold banks with TWO 120B$ unauthorized, counterfeit US Debt "Prime Bank Instruments & those 'not now performing gold derivatives" and commenced MURDERING and 'taking out' the KEY people, Colby, Casey, Russell Herrman (Herman), Gunther Russbacher, Al Carone, Ariel Sharon, and a list of Bankers a yard long.
Even the MUSLIM LADY also known as Doris J. Ekker the wife of E.J. Ekker, both Corporate Officers of Global Alliance Investment Association a US Nevada Corporation (Philippine Counterfeit Operation) identified as THE MUSLIM LADY in the communication between VP Cheney and Mr. Wanta is dead from THE CIA FLU.
THE CIA FLU is pretty dangerous to ones 'breathing' abilities... even COMMANDER HATONN lost her life (Doris J. Ekker) when too much exposure of this BLACK OPS Philippine Counterfeit Operation was exposed to the Banking World.
To make amends... and/or to try to prove this BLACK OPS operation of the CIA run by the Ekker's of Global Alliance Investment Association they have posted a web site trying to prove they had the assignment of interest of Russell Herman on the Bonus 3392-181..
You see, Russell Herman was murdered on or about August 29, 1994. Per the Ekker's of Global Alliance, on August 5, 1993, Russell signed an assignment of interest to Rick Martin. Of course this alleged "assignment" of interest in PROPERTY is not 'NOTARIZED' which is mandatory, and the individual assigning the interest must be present and produce proper identification to prove he/she is the proper legal person making the 'assignment'..under the LAW of TRANSFERING OF PROPERTY here in the U.S. of A.
The NOTARY in this particular instance involving Global Alliance Investment Association's Rick Martin was affixed August 10, 1998. The 'alleged assignment of interest is a forgery bearing a false notary.
