A cruel pretext has been established as well: A 16 year old boy stabbed about 36 citizens in the streets of Berlin while the opening of the new Central Railway Station was celebrated. The boy - appearently drunk - couldn't remember anything and denied the attacks. Anyway, the event got huge media coverage throughout Europe and for fastening the pace - one of the victims was declared "HIV-positive", which almost was a self runner for another round of coverage in the media...
