IS GUIDO'S FAMILY POWERFUL ENOUGH TO THREATEN THE MEDIA?
Take a look at what the Guido's family said to the press:
We will not tolerate disrespect, any harassment of our son and us, stalking, abuse in anyway, name calling, mud throwing, slander, insults, invasion of our son’s and our privacy — we reject any type of sensationalism.
Either these people just fell off a turnip truck, or... they believe they have some kind of power... a kind of power that the rest of us don't understand... What could this kind of power be?
When Natalee disappeared, I received an incredible email from an anonymous source. The email said that Natalee had been sold into sex slavery. The email went on to describe the type of mafia that controls Aruba. It said that even the CIA couldn't control the Aruban mafia.
Here is one statement from the email:
The people who run Aruba are some of the baddest people in the world. If anyone tries to expose them, they will come and kill your whole family... maybe even your whole town! It's NOT worth it... they are more powerful than God -- In fact they ARE God... meaning they are working with the vatican -
People who know they have this kind of power behave differently than the rest of us. The way Guido's parents worded their statement makes me think that they may believe they are above the reach of the media.
It will be interesting to see what happens to reporters who disrespect Guido and his parents.
