The new moon had a very nice energy about it and caused feelings of grounded hope. I know I saw the sunset piercing through dark clouds at exactly the moment the astrological clock indicated the moon to go over the sun in the 8th Taurus degree and all was well... "Sustainment" was the keyword there, but granted as is the case at every new moon the energy was already at its lowest point.
We just have to know these fluctuations are what they are, ahead of time, but still it does not always help us much, even when we do know what to expect.
However the sequence thereafter was unexpected and I cannot explain it via astrology, then the Friday seemed indeed fraught with not the best of feelings, but some of us were lucky enough just to sleep through the worst of it, and be removed of the worst effects. In sleep we can conduct other time travel experiments...
The Light is advancing. We are advancing the Light. Dark forces are targetting light pockets. But the pockets of light soon grow and make it so that the darkness is cornered, thus fighting back, and in this process there will at times be such moments as the last Friday, and they come in an unexpected manner. The best we can do is observe and try to remain detached.
The only thing I know to do is to tell the "bad" thoughts that are not of our own making to go away, after looking at what they are actually about. By looking at the thoughts first for a moment we can see clearly that they come in from another source. This procedure is not an easy one. Everything with goodness to it is at times a target for negative thoughts. This is just something we have to keep in the back of our minds to be practical as we proceed into the light.
We have seen - I think from the study of links I had posted last week - that clearly there is an "alien" conflict in another dimension going on. Yes there are dark forces, no good denying this. Even if we find this hard to "believe" I think the preponderance of information is now here - so that we can comfortably know that something is afoot out there in the alien dimension, and it does have repercussions on this earth realm.
Still, we must be able to remain masters of the thoughts, and progress further to become masters of the light. All this is in the process of happening, and by envisioning better results and sticking with the envisioning of the good results, we can get past these "darker" phases which are a result of the "conflict" that is ongoing.

The alignments ahead now are in my opinion very good. We have a beautiful and longer lasting water grand trine enhancing emotions for at least a week, made of Mars in Cancer, Uranus in Pisces, and Jupiter in Scorpio. This stirs up deeper emotions, but constructive ones at that.
There is the grand cross of course, Taurus Sun - Scorpio Jupiter - Aquarius Neptune - and Leo Saturn. This square or cross can mirror down quite a few tensions, and yet they can be used for creative endeavours. Also, it is rather loose and not very precise, so that we can slip through it...
We are in a very constructive and waxing moon phase now and things will be going well at personal levels. By May 12/13 (birthday of Rayelan and of Krishnamurti) we reach Scorpio full moon, also known as the Buddha full moon. This is always a spiritual high point in the year. Much will be brought to light by then.
Right now with Gemini moon we are in a mentally mobile and intuitive time. It gets more sensitive on Tuesday with Moon in Cancer, passing Mars even very emotional, but constructivel so.
On Wednesday, Venus moves into Aries One, see picture above, making this then a very assertive month of May, with a bit of a "me first" type attitude in relationships and barter.
Venus passes the Node and trine to Saturn 6-9 May, which is a moment where commitments can be taken with a good chance of long lasting success. At the same time Mercury has moved into Taurus on its way to join the sun soon. This then makes for a more set way in opinions, and thoughts turn to practicality as well as to things beautiful and useful.
May 9 Libra moon highlights "me" and "other" and May 11/12/13 is full moon build up, with huge spiritual powers and a fearless climate in those days, apt to manifest a breakthrough of vast ramifications. The full moon degree is in the Axis Taurus-Scorpio 23, with this couple of Sabian symbols:
