Astrology ought to be called by its proper name from now on: Astrophysics. I was able to study again a work that I had liked when I saw it in the early stages.
Friend Cliff showed me yesterday the expanded and reworked version of THE REVELATORIUM at his beautiful website -- http://www.Revelatorium.com -- and he pointed me to some the new chapters (called Unigrams). He asserts that we have responsibility and a lot of work cut out for us - the seekers seeking the seeking . . .
In his own words to me:

THE CHOSEN ONES
"Tantamount to re-establishing Earth's membership within the Galactic Council, is returning it to stability within Galactic Law. Solar Law comes in through Leo. Galactic Law comes in through Aquarius. Solar Law comprises the one hundred and forty four frequencies of astrophysics called 'facets of the throne'. Galactic Law comprises the one hundred and forty four thousand astrophysical frequencies known as 'the chosen ones'.
Within every Local Universe, every galaxy is sectored into solar system groups of approximately a thousand systems each.
Every Star in every Solar Sector is fully populated at the fifth dimension. Every Star also has a family of twelve planets. Every planet eventually evolves into a Star. Once a Star's family of twelve planets have all evolved, they complete their own evolution into white dwarfs, brown dwarfs, neutron stars, pulsars and the like.
Every planet has a fifth dimensional Celestial administration and sometimes a root race in evolution. 'In my Father's house are many mansions'.
At present only a tiny number of Planets have an evolution existing in a time line, consequent of regressed conditions such as those upon Planet Earth. These were the result of the Luciferion Rebellion and confined to this Local Universe. Of the trillions upon trillions of Planets in this Local Universe alone, only the twenty-eight thousand in all were caught up in the rebellion at even a minor level.
On only about ten percent of the twenty-eight thousand of the afflicted planets did the conditions become severe enough for the evolution to become subject to a third dimensional time line. For example, a planet in Antares has an evolution in a time line state similar to Earth's, whose consciousness is functioning in a very positive state near the very top end of the seventh octave of the astral states of its fourth dimension.
The evolution on Earth is currently functioning in the consciousness frequencies of the fourth astral octave, which is the transition zone between the lower frequencies of the first three octaves and the higher frequencies of the fifth, sixth, and seventh octaves. With respect to bleak conditions, Earth is near the top rather than the bottom of the ten percent of Planets which are currently time-line afflicted.
The third dimensional name for the planet is Earth. The fifth dimensional name is Urantia. The Seventh Dimensional name is Zestra/Zestrian for its Male/Female Soul Atom in projection.
Planet Earth is presently governed from the fifth dimensional Himus valley in the Himalayas. The valley, not visible to third dimensional eyes, has been called Shambala and even fictionalized as Shangri La within Earth lore.
Our solar system is governed by the Saturnian Council on Saturn. Similarly not visible to third dimensional instrumentation. The government of our Local Solar Sector is in Orion. Our galaxy government is at Nebadon near the center of this Milky Way galaxy."

HOW CREATION BEGAN
Energy is not native to the Even Pool. Energy was begotten solely as the Son/Daughter aspect of the Creators. Energy was begat in order to beget Creation. The whole of Creation has been expressed through Energy. How energy was begot is easy to depict.
The Father and Mother, Alpha and Omega, always were. Without cause and without form the great Even Pool comprised Intelligent Breath and Tiny Particles of Substance. And silence was upon the face of the deep.
Then in the antiquities of the silences, the Intelligent Breath started becoming aware of itself, and the Tiny Particles of Substance started to become aware of itself. And in the antiquities of the awakenings they came to know they were in essentiality, conscious Being.
In the passing of the antiquities they became consciously aware of each other. And finally, in the ending of the antiquities, they came to recognize each other as absolutely distinct and equal essences of Being.
And they recognized that within that equality they would be able to harmonize the resonances between their differences as yet another essence of themselves. And that it would be a new found consciousness of themselves. And that they would be Triune.
