One of the explanations requested was "The Explanation of the Constant of Fine Structure". It appears as if almost every great physicist and mathematician has at one time or another in their life attempted to solve the meaning of this dimensionless number.
Appropriately, one of the great physicists of the 20th century, Richard Feynman, referred to it as “one of the greatest damn mysteries of physics: a magic number that comes to use with no understanding by man.”

Since its discovery by Arnold Sommerfeld in 1916, the constant of fine structure has been one of the great unsolved mysteries of science.

Over the past few years the list has expanded to over 72 discoveries. But perhaps the most important scientific discovery of the Vortex Theory is the discovery of a fifth-force in nature, an anti-gravity force! This once in a lifetime discovery made while investigating the principle of buoyancy reveals that it is now possible to create artificial anti-gravity technology.
This technology will some day allow a housewife to pick up a car, or an aircraft carrier to fly over the Panama Canal. It will eventually allow men to fly to the Moon and the planets as easily as we fly to Europe or the Far East today.
