I imagine you've taken a look at the documents captured by the US military which were released yesterday by the Office of Joint Reserve Intelligence Center.
I've read a few, but there's one that might particularly interest you--the last one on the list,
dated 2000 and titled "Various Administrative
Documents and Questions, AFGP-2002-801138". It's sort
of a grab-bag of information, but contains a bunch of
questions alQaeda members asked their leaders,
apparently before September 11, 2001. On the 43rd page, it reads:
"Q8- We hear about the Oklahoma explosion and that it
is the largest explosion in America. Is it the one
planned by Ramzi Yousef or not? (TC: This question
was circled and marked with two (X) marks."
